Abstract
Tuberkulosis (TBC) menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan global yang disebabkan oleh bakteri bernama Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Penyakit tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit yang menginfeksi organ pernafasan paru-paru dan penyakit ini juga dapat menjangkiti organ lainnya, seperti ginjal, tulang belakang hingga otak. Pada tahun 2022, Kementerian Kesehatan bersama seluruh tenaga kesehatan berhasil menemukan lebih dari 700 ribu kasus Tuberkulosis (TBC) di Indonesia. Sementara itu, di Kota Surabaya menjadi daerah dengan jumlah kasus terbanyak, yaitu 10.741. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya penelitian mengenai penyebaran penyakit tuberkulosis di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model matematika SITR yang melibatkan 4 kompartmen populasi yaitu Suspectible (S), Infective (I), Treatment (T), dan Recovery (R). Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap pembentukan model penyebaran penyakit tuberkulosis, tahap penentuan titik kesetimbangan, tahap analisis kestabilan dengan menggunakan kriteria Routh Hurwitz, dan tahap simulasi numerik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui model matematika dan analisis kestabilan dari penyebaran penyakit tuberkulosis dengan pengaruh migrasi.

Tuberculosis (TBC) is one of the global health problems caused by a bacterium called Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Tuberculosis disease is diseases that infect the respiratory organs of the lungs and this disease can also infect other organs, such as the kidneys, spine to the brain. In the year 2022, the Ministry of Health together with all health workers managed to find more than 700 thousand cases of tuberculosis (TBC) in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in the city Surabaya became the region with the highest number of cases, namely 10,741. Therefore, need for research on the spread of tuberculosis in the city of Surabaya. This study uses a mathematical model of SITR involving 4 compartments the populations are Suspectible (S), Infective (I), Treatment (T), and Recovery (R). In this study was conducted several stages, namely the stage of formation of the deployment model tuberculosis, the level of determination of the equilibrium point, the level of stability analysis by using the Hurwitz Routh criterion, and the numerical simulation stage. Results from this study is to know the mathematical models and analysis stability of the spread of tuberculosis with the influence of migration.
