Abstract
PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang adalah pelopor produsen pupuk urea di Indonesia, bertanggung jawab atas distribusi dan pemasaran pupuk bersubsidi untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan dan kemakmuran nasional. Dalam produksinya, perusahaan menggunakan Steam Turbine Generator (STG) yang memanfaatkan energi panas dari pembakaran batu bara dan Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) untuk menghasilkan listrik secara mandiri. Namun, terjadinya blackout pada pembangkit batu bara mengakibatkan suplai daya tidak mencukupi kebutuhan produksi, sehingga diperlukan suplai tambahan dari PLN. Integrasi daya tambahan dari PLN menimbulkan masalah kestabilan transien akibat perubahan respon frekuensi dan tegangan saat PLN terhubung. Untuk mengatasi potensi gangguan ini, dilakukan analisis kestabilan transien dan penyempurnaan skema pelepasan beban guna menjaga stabilitas sistem sesuai dengan standar ANSI/IEEE C37.106-1987. Penelitian ini memastikan sistem tenaga listrik tetap stabil dan seimbang, bahkan saat terjadi gangguan, dengan mengembalikan daya yang sama atau lebih besar dari daya gangguan.

PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang is a pioneering urea fertilizer producer in Indonesia, responsible for the distribution and marketing of subsidized fertilizers to support national food security and prosperity. In its production process, the company uses a Steam Turbine Generator (STG) that harnesses thermal energy from coal combustion and Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) to generate electricity independently. However, a generator outage at a coal-fired power plants has resulted in an insufficient power supply for production needs, necessitating additional supply from PLN. The integration of additional power from PLN raises issues of transient stability due to changes in frequency and voltage response when PLN is connected. To address these potential disruptions, a transient stability analysis and refinement of load shedding schemes are conducted to maintain system stability according to ANSI/IEEE C37.106-1987 standards. This research ensures that the power system remains stable and balanced, even during disturbances, by restoring power equal to or greater than the disturbance power.
