Abstract

PT PNP Unit Pembangkitan Paiton terdiri dari dua unit pembangkit dengan kapasitas masing-masing 400 MW, sehingga total kapasitas mencapai 800 MW. Sistem pembangkitan tenaga uap di unit ini melibatkan beberapa proses penting seperti Coal Handling, Ash Handling, dan Water Treatment. Proses utama dalam sistem ini terjadi di boiler plant area, di mana air berubah dari bentuk cair ke uap superheated, dan turbine plant area, di mana uap superheated kembali menjadi air jenuh. Perawatan pulverizer di PT PNP UP Paiton dibagi menjadi tiga jenis: Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, dan Overhaul Maintenance. Perusahaan juga menerapkan kebijakan 5S yang terdiri dari seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, dan shitsuke, untuk menjaga kebersihan dan keteraturan area kerja. Divisi pemeliharaan mesin menjalankan mekanisme kerja yang dimulai dengan rapat pagi, pembagian tugas, pembuatan surat izin kerja, dan diakhiri dengan penutupan izin oleh berbagai divisi terkait.

PT PNP Paiton Generating Unit consists of two generating units with a capacity of 400 MW each, bringing the total capacity to 800 MW. The steam power generation system in this unit involves several important processes such as Coal Handling, Ash Handling, and Water Treatment. The main processes in this system occur in the boiler plant area, where water changes from liquid to superheated steam, and the turbine plant area, where superheated steam returns to saturated water. Pulverizer maintenance at PT PNP UP Paiton is divided into three types: Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Overhaul Maintenance. The company also implements the 5S policy consisting of seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke, to keep the work area clean and organized. The machine maintenance division runs a work mechanism that starts with a morning meeting, division of tasks, making a work permit, and ends with closing the permit by various related divisions.
