Abstract

PT Petrokimia Gresik, salah satu perusahaan pupuk, memproduksi pupuk NPK yang salah satu mesin penting dalam proses produksi adalah mesin granulator, yang bertugas menghasilkan butiran pupuk dengan ukuran seragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis keandalan (reliability) dan biaya siklus hidup (Life Cycle Cost, LCC) guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional mesin granulator di lini produksi pupuk NPK. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis keandalan dilakukan menggunakan data kegagalan dan pemeliharaan dari lima tahun terakhir. Data tersebut Pendekatan yang digunakan, yaitu analisis Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) dengan biaya siklus hidup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen pinion gear memiliki keandalan terbaik selama 30.000 jam operasi, sementara FCV 4107 mengalami penurunan keandalan yang cepat. Dalam hal maintainability, FCV 4107 unggul dengan waktu perbaikan singkat, sedangkan Baseplate memerlukan waktu paling lama. Analisis biaya menunjukkan peningkatan biaya siklus hidup dari tahun 2019 hingga 2024. Biaya siklus hidup mesin rotary drum granulator mengalami kenaikan setiap tahun dimulai dari tahun 2019-2024. ==================================================================================================================================
PT Petrokimia Gresik, one of the fertilizer companies, produces NPK fertilizer, with the granulator machine being a critical component in the production process. This machine is responsible for producing fertilizer granules of uniform size. This study aims to analyze the reliability and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) to enhance the operational efficiency of the granulator machine in the NPK fertilizer production line. The research is conducted using failure and maintenance data from the past five years. The approach integrates Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis with LCC. The findings reveal that the Pinion Gear component has the best reliability for up to 30,000 hours of operation, while FCV 4107 experiences rapid reliability degradation. In terms of maintainability, FCV 4107 performs well with a short repair time, whereas the Baseplate takes the longest. The cost analysis shows an increase in the granulator machine's life cycle costs annually from 2019 to 2024.
