Abstract
Pendidikan nonformal di Indonesia kerap menghadapi resistensi akibat minimnya keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini merancang Sustainability Policy Model Canvas (SPMC) dengan integrasi Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, dan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) untuk meningkatkan penerimaan kebijakan dengan prinsip keberlanjutan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan mixed-method dengan hasil menunjukkan kebijakan berbasis SPMC lebih diterima (skor rata-rata 4,2) dibandingkan kebijakan pemerintah eksisting (2,5). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kerangka kerja SPMC terbukti efektif meningkatkan penerimaan pemangku kepentingan dan berpotensi menjadi model kebijakan partisipatif yang dapat dikembangkan di sektor lain.

Non-formal education in Indonesia often encounters resistance due to limited stakeholder engagement. The research employs a mixed-method approach, with findings indicating that SPMC-based policies achieve higher acceptance (average score of 4.2) compared to existing government policies (2.5). The study concludes that the SPMC framework is effective in improving stakeholder acceptance and holds potential as a participatory policy model that can be adapted to other sectors.
