Abstract

PLTU Banten 3 Lontar merupakan salah satu PLTU di Indonesia yang berada di bawah naungan PT. PLN Indonesia Power untuk menyuplai listrik di Pulau Jawa-Bali. Salah satu hal yang dapat mengganggu proses bongkar muat batu bara adalah sedimentasi. Sedimentasi yang terjadi baik pada area alur maupun kolam disebabkan oleh sungai-sungai di sekitar PLTU Banten 3 Lontar. Salah satu cara untuk menjaga kedalaman yang aman agar kapal keluar masuk dari Pelabuhan khusus PLTU Banten 3 Lontar adalah dengan melakukan maintenance dredging. Penelitian ini menganalisis volume sedimen yang perlu dikeruk, kapal keruk yang sesuai, dan metode pengerukan yang optimal segi ekonomi dan waktu menggunakan metode analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Hasil analisis yang diperoleh adalah Total volume material yang harus dikeruk adalah sebesar 730.667 m3, dengan siltation rate sebesar 10%, Kapal keruk yang dapat digunakan adalah TSHD dan grab dredger, dan metode pengerukan yang paling optimal dari segi ekonomi dan waktu adalah variasi 3 yaitu kombinasi kapal keruk tipe trailling suction hopper dredger (TSHD) dan kapal keruk tipe clamshell/grab dredger dengan 2 unit self propeller hopper barge (SPHB) dengan kapasitas masing-masing 1000 m3. variasi ini memiliki durasi pekerjaan selama 88 hari dengan total biaya sebesar Rp78.167.510.278,00.

The Banten 3 Lontar Steam Power Plant is one of the steam power plants in Indonesia under the auspices of PT. PLN Indonesia Power to supply electricity in Java-Bali. One thing that can disrupt the coal loading and unloading process is sedimentation. Sedimentation that occurs both in the channel area and the pool is caused by the rivers around the Banten 3 Lontar Steam Power Plant. One way to maintain a safe depth so that ships can enter and exit the Banten 3 Lontar Steam Power Plant's special port is to carry out maintenance dredging. This research analyzes the volume of sediment that needs to be dredged, the appropriate dredger, and the optimal dredging method in terms of economics and time using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The analysis results obtained are: The total volume of material that must be dredged is 730,667 m3, with a siltation rate of 10%, the dredgers that can be used are TSHD and grab dredger, and the most optimal dredging method in terms of economics and time is variation 3, which is a combination of a trailing suction hopper dredger (TSHD) and a clamshell/grab dredger with 2 units of self-propelled hopper barge (SPHB) with a capacity of 1000 m3 each. This variation has a work duration of 88 days with a total cost of Rp78.167.510.278,00.
