Abstract

This study aims to analyze digital-based qurban services provided by the SEBISAKU Platform using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method and the New Product Development (NPD) framework. This study analyzes the low number of active users by exploring feedback on user perceptions and expectations of the SEBISAKU platform service using SERVQUAL, and the quality of the SEBISAKU platform service using Quality Functional Deployment (QFD). This study also explores how digital technology can improve the accessibility of qurban services by prioritizing user needs using ANP. In addition, the development of new features such as free shipping services and other Islamic services such as aqiqah and features related to worship are analyzed using NPD. The results of the study indicate that the SEBISAKU platform can be optimized with a customer-focused strategy, utilizing marketing techniques such as Guerilla Marketing which emphasizes low-cost marketing but can reach many people efficiently. The business model analysis shows that the operational approach of this platform is economically feasible, with a positive Benefit to Cost (B/C) ratio in different logistics scenarios. The study also highlights that the introduction of new features and strategic marketing initiatives can significantly increase revenue, as well as improve user experience and business profitability, thereby ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of the platform.
