Abstract
Dalam upaya dekarbonisasi dan mendukung target pengurangan emisi, sekaligus meminimalkan dampak lingkungan dari operasional pelabuhan, Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok mempertimbangkan elektrifikasi peralatan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kontribusi elektrifikasi dalam mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) dan polutan udara melalui pengukuran serta analisis emisi sebelum dan sesudah elektrifikasi, termasuk evaluasi dampak lingkungan, teknis, dan ekonomi dari implementasinya. Metode penelitian meliputi studi literatur, pengumpulan data konsumsi energi Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (berdasarkan laporan penggunaan BBM maupun listrik) periode tahun 2023 dan analisis data. Analisis data yang dilakukan berupa perhitungan emisi mengacu pada pedoman nasional inventarisasi emisi, analisis LCA untuk mengetahui dampak terhadap lingkungan, analisis teknis peralatan yang bisa dielektrifikasi serta analisis ekonomi dengan metode Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan elektrifikasi pada peralatan utama di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, khususnya Gantry Luffing Crane (GLC), Quay Container Crane (QCC), dan Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane (RTGC), menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dari aspek teknis, lingkungan, dan ekonomi. Elektrifikasi mampu mengurangi emisi CO₂ ekuivalen lebih dari 70% berdasarkan konsumsi energi dan faktor emisi per unit alat. Secara ekonomi, analisis biaya operasional menunjukkan penghematan konsumsi energi per TEUS lebih dari 80% dan efisiensi biaya tahunan hingga lebih dari tujuh ratus juta rupiah per unit alat. Dengan demikian, elektrifikasi crane di pelabuhan ini merupakan solusi strategis untuk mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan sekaligus memberikan manfaat ekonomi yang signifikan.

In efforts to decarbonize and support emission reduction targets while minimizing the environmental impact of port operations, Tanjung Priok Port is considering the electrification of its key equipment. This study aims to analyze the contribution of electrification in reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and air pollutants through the measurement and analysis of emissions before and after electrification, as well as an evaluation of its environmental, technical, and economic/financial impacts. The research methodology includes a literature review, data collection on energy consumption at Tanjung Priok Port (based on reports of fuel and electricity usage) for the year 2023, and data analysis. The data analysis comprises emission calculations based on national emission inventory guidelines, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to evaluate environmental impacts, technical analysis of equipment suitable for electrification, and economic/financial analysis using the Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) method. The research findings indicate that the implementation of electrification on key equipment at Tanjung Priok Port, specifically Gantry Luffing Cranes (GLC), Quay Container Cranes (QCC), and Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes (RTGC), has yielded significant results from technical, environmental, and economic perspectives. Electrification has been proven to reduce CO₂ equivalent emissions by more than 70%, based on energy consumption and emission factors per unit of equipment. Economically, the operational cost analysis demonstrates energy consumption savings per TEU of more than 80%, with annual cost efficiencies exceeding seven hundred million rupiah per unit of equipment. Therefore, the electrification of cranes at this port serves as a strategic solution to support environmental sustainability while simultaneously delivering substantial economic benefits.
