Abstract
Inundation is a prevalent issue in many parts of the world. Therefore, almost every location globally, especially residential areas and places where human activities occur, requires a drainage system. This final project will discuss the design of a drainage system in the Science Techno Park ITS (STP ITS) area. First, a literature study and field study are conducted to find and identify theories that can be used to solve the existing problems. The literature and field studies are also conducted to ensure that the identified issues align with the actual conditions in the field. This is followed by data collection, including topographic maps and layout maps of the STP ITS area, as well as specific rainfall data for the region. The rainfall data will be used to analyze average rainfall, determine the return period of rainfall, conduct rainfall frequency analysis, and perform distribution fitting tests. Meanwhile, the topographic and layout maps will serve as references for determining the placement and design of the drainage system, dividing the catchment areas, and calculating rainfall intensity and runoff coefficients. The next step involves planning the design discharge by considering the discharge in the area before development. Subsequently, an analysis of the flood water levels of the Kalisari river will be conducted, along with planning the dimensions of the drainage channels and analyzing the channel surface water levels to assess the need for additional drainage system support facilities. If the assessment indicates the need for supporting facilities, their design will be undertaken first. If no additional facilities are required, the process will proceed directly to the conclusion and recommendations section. Based on the planning, three retention ponds are required, each equipped with a sluice gate and a water pump. These additional supporting facilities have a crucial role in managing and regulating water flow toward the outlet.

Genangan air merupakan salah satu masalah yang terjadi pada banyak tempat di seluruh dunia. Maka dari itu, hampir setiap lokasi di dunia khususnya kawasan pemukiman dan tempat manusia beraktivitas pada umumnya membutuhkan sistem drainase. Pada Tugas Akhir kali akan dibahas tentang perancangan sistem drainase di kawasan Science Techno Park ITS (STP ITS). Terlebih dahulu dilakukan studi literatur dan studi lapangan untuk mencari dan menemukan teori-teori yang dapat yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Studi literatur dan studi lapangan juga dilakukan untuk memastikan kesesuaian masalah dengan kondisi di lapangan. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengambilan data yaitu peta tofografi sekaligus peta tata letak (layout) kawan STP ITS, sekaligus data curah hujan secara spesifik di wilayah tersebut. Data curah hujan akan digunakan dalam menganalisis hujan rata-rata, penentuan periode ulang hujan, analisis frekuensi hujan, dan uji kecocokan distribusi. Sementara itu, peta tofografi dan peta tata letak akan digunakan sebagai acuan dalam melakukan perletakan dan perancangan sistem drainase, pembagian catchment area serta perhitungan intensitas hujan dan koefisien pengaliran. Kemudian akan dilanjutkan dengan analisis debit rencana dengan mempertimbangkan debit kawasan sebelum pembangunan. Dan untuk tahapan selanjutnya, dilakukan analisis muka air banjir sungai Kalisari dan perencanaan dimensi saluran serta analisis tinggi muka air saluran sebagai acuan dalam peninjauan kebutuhan fasilitas tambahan pendukung sistem drainase. Jika berdasarkan peninjauan yang dilakukan ternyata dibutuhkan fasilitas pendukung maka akan dilakukan perancangan fasilitas pendukung tersebut terlebih dahulu. Jika tidak dibutuhkan fasilitas pendukung tambahan, maka akan langsung dilanjutkan ke bagian kesimpulan dan saran. Berdasarkan perencanaan dibutuhkan 3 kolam tampung yang masing dilengkapi oleh pintu air dan pompa air. Fasilitas pendukung tambahan ini sangat membantu dalam mengola dan mengatur aliran air menuju outlet.
