Abstract

Kota Mojokerto merupakan kota yang berlokasi di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pada saat ini Kota Mojokerto melakukan beberapa penayangan proyek konstruksi rehabilitasi, salah satunya adalah proyek konstruksi rehabilitasi laboratorium dan lapangan SMPN 2 Kota Mojokerto. Sekolah ini merupakan cagar budaya yang memiliki sejarah pada zaman kolonial Belanda dan tempat Presiden pertama RI yakni Ir. Soekarno pernah mengenyam pendidikan saat muda. Selain menjaga kelestarian pada sekolah, proyek ini dimaksudkan dengan tujuan agar meningkatkan performa proses belajar mengajar siswa atau siswi di SMPN 2 Kota Mojokerto. Metode pelaksanaan dan penerapan manajemen proyek menjadi poin penting berjalannya proyek rehabilitasi ini. Sesuai dengan dokumen perencanaan diharapkan signifikansi realisasi pekerjaan terhadap rencana memiliki prosentase yang lebih tinggi. Demikian dengan manajemen proyek yang berfokus dengan pengendalian waktu dan mutu juga menjadi bagian dari terlaksananya proyek. Selain itu, penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja lingkungan konstruksi juga penting karena meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja, mematuhi regulasi yang ada, serta mencegah kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat pekerjaan pada pekerja dan lingkungan. Pada prosesnya cenderung terjadinya ketidaksesuaian pekerjaan dengan semestinya. Dengan adanya faktor tersebut diperlukannya pencatatan untuk dikaji ulang sehingga dapat ditemukan indikasi penyelesaian pada permasalahan pada pekerjaan yang menjadi catatan. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah kajian ulang terhadap catatan pekerjaan dapat ditemukan hasil penyelesaian yang baik serta memiliki tingkat keberhasilan yang baik, metode pelaksanaan secara sistematis sesuai dengan dokumen yang ada, waktu proyek terlaksana sesuai dengan penjadwalan yang sudah direncanakan serta mutu yang sesuai spesifikasi, serta penerapan K3L sesuai dengan regulasi yang sudah ditetapkan. Serta didapatkan hasil implementasi kode etik insinyur dan sikap profesionalisme pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek konstruksi.

Mojokerto City is a city located in East Java Province. Mojokerto City is currently
undertaking several rehabilitation construction projects, one of which is the laboratory and field rehabilitation construction project of SMPN 2 Mojokerto City. This school is a cultural heritage that has a history during the Dutch colonial era and where the first President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ir. Soekarno, was educated when he was young. In addition to preserving the school, this project is intended to improve the performance of the teaching and learning process of students at SMPN 2 Mojokerto City. The implementation method and the application of project management are important points in the running of this rehabilitation project. In accordance with the planning document, it is expected that the significance of work realization against the plan has a higher percentage. Likewise, project management that focuses on time and quality control is also part of the project implementation. In addition, the application of occupational safety and health in the construction environment is also important because it increases labor productivity, complies with existing regulations, and prevents accidents and occupational diseases in workers and the environment. In the process, there tends to be a mismatch of work with what it should be. With these factors, it is necessary for the records to be reviewed so that an indication of the solution to the problem can be found in the work that is being recorded. The expected result is that the review of work records can find good completion results and have a good success rate, systematic implementation methods in accordance with existing documents, project time is carried out in accordance with planned scheduling and quality according to specifications, and the application of HSE in accordance with established regulations.And obtained the results of the implementation of the engineer's code of ethics and professionalism in the implementation of construction project work.
