Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian Tugas Akhir di PLTU Jeranjang PT. PLN Indonesia Power pada tanggal 14 April sampai 14 Mei 2024. PT. PLN Indonesia Power merupakan anak Perusahaan PT. PLN yang bergerak dalam bidang pembangkit listrik yang menghasilkan 3x25 MW, berlokasi di Kecamatan Gerung, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, NTB. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kerugian dalam sistem dan mengetahui perbandingan nilai eksergi destruksi dari hasil perhitungan aktual dan hasil simulasi menggunakan software Aspen Hysys V12. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah analisis eksergi dan analisis perbandingan data aktual terhadap hasil simulasi berdasarkan diagram heat balance. Berdasarkan perhitungan dan analisis data yang dilakukan, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi besarnya nilai eksergi dan biaya rugi eksergi, salah satunya adalah besarnya masukan serta keluaran proses yang dapat berimbas pada efisiensi dan besar biaya rugi eksergi komponen tersebut. Semakin besar nilai eksergi lossnya atau rugi eksergi yang hilang, maka biaya yang dibutuhkan juga semakin banyak. Perbandingan data aktual terhadap nilai hasil simulasi pada masing-masing komponen memiliki nilai error cukup kecil, maka hasil simulasi dapat dikatakan relevan terhadap kondisi aktual PLTU Jeranjang unit 3 PT. PLN Indonesia Power.

A Final Project research has been conducted at the Jeranjang PLTU PT. PLN Indonesia Power on April 14 to May 14, 2024. PT. PLN Indonesia Power is a subsidiary of PT. PLN which is engaged in the field of power generation producing 3x25 MW, located in Gerung District, West Lombok Regency, NTB. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that cause losses in the system and to determine the comparison of the destruction exergy value from the actual calculation results and simulation results using Aspen Hysys V12 software. The method used in this analysis is exergy analysis and comparative analysis of actual data against simulation results based on the heat balance diagram. Based on the calculations and data analysis carried out, it was concluded that the factors that can affect the magnitude of the exergy value and exergy loss costs, one of which is the amount of input and output of the process which can have an impact on the efficiency and the amount of exergy loss costs of the component. The greater the exergy loss value or exergy loss, the greater the costs required. Comparison of actual data to the simulation result values on each component has a fairly small error value, so the simulation results can be said to be relevant to the actual conditions of the Jeranjang PLTU unit 3 PT. PLN Indonesia Power.
