Abstract
Hipertensi atau yang dikenal dengan Silent Killer merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian tertinggi di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2023 diperkirakan terdapat 11 juta penderita hipertensi yang ada di Jawa Timur. Hipertensi merupakan suatu kondisi dimana tekanan darah melebihi batas normal. Hipertensi juga menjadi faktor resiko utama dari berbagai penyakit kardiovaskular. Untuk mengurangi perkembangan dari penyakit Hipertensi, pada penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai pemberian kontrol optimal berupa pola hidup sehat dan obat-obatan dengan menggunakan model SEIR perkembangan hipertensi yang sesuai dengan permasalahan yaitu model SEI1I2R. Hasil dari analisis kestabilan di titik bebas penyakit dan di titik endemik menunjukkan hasil sistem bersifat stabil. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis kekontrolan, diperoleh hasil bahwa sistem terkontrol. Analisis hasil dari penyelesaian kontrol optimal dengan Prinsip Minimum Pontryagin dan simulasi numerik menggunakan metode Runge Kutta orde 4 menunjukkan hasil bahwa kontrol u1 dan kontrol u2 efektif dalam mengurangi jumlah populasi penderita hipertensi ringan dan jumlah penderita hipertensi berat.

Hypertension or what is known as the Silent Killer is one of the causes highest death rate in Indonesia. In 2023, it is estimated that there will be 11 million sufferers hypertension in East Java. Hypertension is a condition where pressure blood exceeds normal limits. Hypertension is also a major risk factor for various diseases cardiovascular disease. To reduce the development of hypertension, This research will discuss providing optimal control in the form of lifestyle health and medication using the SEIR model of hypertension development according to the problem, namely the SEI1I2R model. The results of the stability analysis at disease-free points and at endemic points showed stable results. Based on the results of the control analysis, the results obtained show that the system is controlled.. Analysis of the results of completing the control optimally using Pontryagin’s Minimum Principle and numerical simulation using the method Runge Kutta order 4 shows the results that control u1 and control u2 are effective in reduce the population of people with mild hypertension and the number of people with hypertension heavy.
