Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah mendorong perusahaan manufaktur untuk mengadopsi model produksi cerdas, yang dikenal sebagai Smart Manufacturing. Namun, kurangnya panduan terstruktur sering menjadi hambatan dalam proses transformasi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun framework roadmap implementasi Smart Manufacturing pada tiga perusahaan terkemuka, yaitu PT MKB, PT MMB, dan PT MPP. Dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, dimensi Smart Manufacturing, studi kasus, dan literatur terkait, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan lima model utama, yaitu Industry 4.0 Readiness Index (INDI 4.0), SIRI 4.0, IMPULS 4.0, Industry 4.0 Maturity Model, dan Acatech 4.0, menjadi pendekatan yang disebut INDI 4.0+. Hasil penelitian berupa framework roadmap yang memberikan panduan langkah demi langkah untuk transformasi yang sukses, memetakan keterkaitan dan relevansi antar model untuk membantu perusahaan menghadapi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang. Framework ini berkontribusi sebagai panduan komprehensif untuk memahami dan mengimplementasikan Smart Manufacturing dalam konteks industri manufaktur global.

The advancement of technology has driven manufacturing companies to adopt a smarter production model known as Smart Manufacturing. However, the lack of structured guidelines often hinders the transformation process. This study aims to develop a framework roadmap for implementing Smart Manufacturing in three leading companies: PT MKB, PT MMB, and PT MPP. By utilizing SWOT analysis, Smart Manufacturing dimensions, case study findings, and related literature, the study integrates five key models: Industry 4.0 Readiness Index (INDI 4.0), SIRI 4.0, IMPULS 4.0, Industry 4.0 Maturity Model, and Acatech 4.0 into a comprehensive approach referred to as INDI 4.0+. The result of this research is a framework roadmap providing step-by-step guidance for successful transformation, mapping the interconnection and relevance of the models to assist companies in overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities. This framework serves as a comprehensive guide for understanding and implementing Smart Manufacturing in the global manufacturing industry context.
