Abstract
Evaluasi terhadap kinerja supplier merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam proses rantai pasok karena menjadi salah satu indikator daya saing perusahaan. PT ASP merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang agroindustri yang berfokus pada layanan aqiqah dan penyediaan hewan qurban. Kegiatan penyediaan hewan dipasok oleh beberapa supplier. Permasalahan yang muncul dalam beberapa tahun terakhir adalah penurunan kinerja supplier PT ASP yang berakibat terhadap kerugian finansial dan tingginya komplain dari customer. Oleh karena itu diperlukan proses penilaian terhadap kinerja supplier untuk mengetahui kinerja selama ini.
Pada penelitian ini, akan dilakukan perancangan penilaian kinerja supplier berdasarkan Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) dimana kriteria yang digunakan yaitu Quality, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility dan Responsiveness (QCFDR) yang selanjutnya digunakan sebagai parameter penilaian kinerja terhadap supplier. Penelitian ini mengusulkan integrasi Analytic Network Process (ANP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode ANP digunakan untuk pembobotan kriteria-kriteria yang mempengaruhi penilaian pemasok dan TOPSIS digunakan untuk memberikan peringkat kepada setiap pemasok. Pengambilan data dilakukan kepada tiga pihak representatif perusahaan yaitu bagian pengadaan, bagain produksi dan Quality Assurance (QA) PT ASP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan cause dan effect antar kriteria. Rancangan penilaian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria Responsiveness memiliki bobot tertinggi dengan sub kriteria kecepatan respon atas permasalahan. Untuk nilai peringkat vendor terbaik diperoleh pada vendor 10 kemudian diikuti vendor 7, vendor 1, vendor 3, vendor 4, vendor 5, vendor 9, vendor 8, vendor 6 dan vendor 2 pada urutan terakhir. Tak hanya itu, hasil penelitian juga mampu menggambarkan bagaimana performansi kinerja pada setiap vendor perusahaan dimana tiap vendor memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan pada subkriteria tertentu yang akan berdampak pada performansi perusahaan. Dengan perancangan penilaian kinerja dari vendor diharapkan menjadi metode yang membantu perusahaan dalam proses penilaian supplier dimasa mendatang.

The evaluation of supplier performance is a critical factor in the supply chain process as it serves as one of the indicators of a company's competitiveness. PT ASP is an agro-industrial company focusing on Aqiqah services and the provision of sacrificial animals (Qurban). The supply of livestock is sourced from several suppliers. In recent years, a decline in the performance of PT ASP's suppliers has resulted in financial losses and a significant increase in customer complaints. Therefore, an evaluation of supplier performance is necessary to assess their performance over time.
This study designs a supplier performance evaluation framework based on the Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI), incorporating the criteria of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility, and Responsiveness (QCFDR) as parameters for assessing supplier performance. The study proposes an integrated approach using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The ANP method is employed to determine the weights of the criteria influencing supplier evaluation, while the TOPSIS method is utilized to rank the suppliers. Data collection was conducted with three representative departments within the company: Procurement, Production, and Quality Assurance (QA). The results revealed the presence of cause-and-effect relationships among the criteria. The evaluation framework indicated that Responsiveness held the highest weight, with the sub-criterion of "speed in addressing issues" being the most critical factor. The supplier rankings showed that Vendor 10 achieved the highest score, followed by Vendor 7, Vendor 1, Vendor 3, Vendor 4, Vendor 5, Vendor 9, Vendor 8, Vendor 6, and finally Vendor 2 in the last position. Furthermore, the study highlighted the strengths and weaknesses of each supplier in specific sub-criteria, which impact the overall performance of the company. This supplier performance evaluation framework is expected to serve as a practical method for assisting PT ASP in supplier assessments in the future.
