Abstract
PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS) merupakan salah satu pengelola dermaga di kawasan Tanjung Perak. TPS memiliki dua dermaga yaitu dermaga domestik dan dermaga internasional. Sedimentasi menjadi permasalahan utama di Dermaga Domestik TPS. Tingkat sedimentasi yang terjadi di Dermaga Domestik TPS sangat tinggi, dikarenakan kondisi lingkungan sekitar TPS yang kurang mendukung. Untuk mengatasasi permasalahan tersebut, salah satu bangunan yang dapat diterapkan dalam metode menahan aliran sedimen adalah underwater sill (UWS) di sekitar kolam labuh. UWS merupakan struktur yang dibuat di bawah permukaan air yang berfungsi sebagai penahan aliran material sedimen di dasar air baik itu bed load maupun suspended load yang mengalir masuk ke dalam kolam labuh. Tugas Akhir ini membahas pemodelan numerik Underwater Sill sebagai bangunan penahan sedimen untuk Dermaga Domestik TPS menggunakan perangkat lunak Delft3D. Validasi pemodelan dilakukan dengan mencari simpangan dari pasang surut dan arus hasil pemodelan dengan pasang surut dan arus yang di ukur secara langsung di Dermaga Domestik TPS. Perhitungan validasi menggunakan perhitungan statistika dengan metode Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Jenis sedimen di wilayah Dermaga Domestik TPS terdiri dari silt, clay, dan sand dengan persentase terbesar adalah silt mencapai ± 70%. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan tiga macam skenario pemasangan UWS. Pada Skenario A terjadi pengurangan sedimen sebanyak 0.021 m/bulan, pada Skenario B terjadi penambahan sedimen sebanyak 0.003 m/bulan, dan pada Skenario C terjadi penambahan sedimen sebanyak 0.027 m/bulan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, Skenario A adalah yang paling efektif dengan pengurangan sedimentasi mencapai 19.63%.

PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS) is one of the terminal operators in the Tanjung Perak area. TPS manages two terminals, a domestic terminal and an international terminal. Sedimentation is a major issue at the TPS Domestic Terminal due to unfavorable environmental conditions. One potential solution to mitigate this problem is the implementation of an underwater sill (UWS) around the anchorage basin. UWS is a submerged structure designed to block sediment flow, including both bed load and suspended load, from entering the basin. This study focuses on the numerical modeling of UWS as a sediment barrier for the TPS Domestic Terminal using the Delft3D software. Model validation is conducted by comparing simulated tidal and current data with in-situ measurements from the TPS Domestic Terminal. Validation is performed using statistical calculations with the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) method. The sediment in the TPS Domestic Terminal area consists of silt, clay, and sand, with silt being the dominant component at approximately 70%. Three UWS installation scenarios are tested. In Scenario A, sedimentation is reduced by 0.021 m/month, in Scenario B sedimentation is increases by 0.003 m/month, and in Scenario C sedimentation is increases 0.027 m/month. Based on these results, Scenario A is the most effective, achieving a sedimentation reduction of 19.63%.
