Abstract
PT.XMB merupakan industri keuangan yang menyediakan keuangan bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang dalam mengukur kinerja perusahaan hanya memperhatikan dari segi finansial. Perusahaan tidak menilai kinerja dari segi non finansial, sedangkan untuk mencapai finansial, faktor non finansial seperti faktor pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan dibutuhkan untuk menunjang aspek finansial. Dalam mencapai visi perusahaan dengan menjadi lembaga pembiayaan terkemuka tidak lengkap jika hanya menilai kinerja dari finansial. Organisasi harus membuat strategi kinerjanya dengan menggunakan proses yang terstuktur dan menyeluruh mengingat persaingan yang semakin ketat dan perubahan yang cepat di sektor jasa keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan Sustainability Balance scorecard (SBSC) sebagai metode pengukuran kinerja yang dimodifikasi dari konvensional Balanced Scorecard. Penilaian SBSC lebih berfokus terhadap nilai keberlanjutan perusahaan yang membahas aspek lingkungan. Membahas aspek lingkungan memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengejar keberlanjutan yang lebih komprehensif. Pada prinsipnya aspek finansial, pelanggan, proses internal bisnis, pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, dan lingkunganl menciptakan nilai keberlanjutan jangka panjang yang tidak hanya menguntungkan untuk organisasi melainkan untuk masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar. Indikator dari SBSC akan dilakukan pembobotan dan Key Performance Indicator. Hasil dari perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja ini yaitu adanya 7 sasaran strategis dan 10 indikator pengukuran kinerja (KPI). Implementasi dari perancangan pada penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai kinerja PT.XMB pada aspek ekonomi dan sosial sudah mencapai hasil yang baik, sedangkan untuk aspek lingkungan masih dibawah target yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan analisa matriks pugh, penggunaan teknologi digital yang baik, akan membantu perusahaan memperbaiki kinerja perusahaan.

PT.XMB is a financial industry that provides financing for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which, in measuring the performance of the company, only considers financial aspects. The company does not assess performance from a non-financial perspective, whereas to achieve financial goals, non-financial factors such as customer factors, internal business processes, and learning and growth are necessary to support financial aspects. Achieving the company's vision of becoming a leading financing institution would be incomplete if performance were only assessed from a financial perspective. The organization must develop its performance strategy using a structured and comprehensive process, given the increasingly tight competition and rapid changes in the financial services sector. This research aims to apply the Sustainability Balanced Scorecard (SBSC) as a performance measurement method modified from the conventional Balanced Scorecard. The SBSC assessment focuses more on the sustainability value of the company, addressing environmental aspects. Addressing environmental aspects allows the company to pursue more comprehensive sustainability. Essentially, financial aspects, customer perspectives, internal business processes, learning and growth, and environmental factors collectively create long-term sustainability value that benefits not only the organization but also the surrounding community and environment. The indicators of the SBSC will be weighted and include Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The results of the performance measurement system design include 7 strategic objectives and 10 performance measurement indicators (KPIs). The implementation of this design in the study shows that PT.XMB’s performance in economic and social aspects has achieved good results, while the environmental aspect is still below the expected target. Based on Pugh matrix analysis, the use of good digital technology will help the company improve its performance.
