Abstract
Perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menjamin keselamatan dan keamanan operasional, termasuk pemeriksaan rutin terhadap instalasi dan peralatan. Berdasarkan Undang-undang No. 22 tahun 2001 tentang MIGAS, inspeksi teknis wajib dilakukan pada setiap peralatan di fasilitas minyak dan gas bumi untuk memenuhi standar keselamatan. Tantangan baru muncul seiring Revolusi Industri 4.0, yang memungkinkan pekerjaan dilakukan secara real-time, di mana saja, dan kapan saja, sehingga mendorong diversifikasi bisnis yang relevan, seperti penerapan Robotic UAV Remote Inspection untuk mengurangi biaya operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui survei, kuesioner, dan wawancara langsung. Model prediksi dalam penelitian ini diterapkan menggunakan regresi logistik, yang dilengkapi dengan analisis biaya-manfaat (CBA) untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan ekonomi implementasi Remote Inspection, memberikan gambaran menyeluruh terhadap keputusan investasi. Oil and gas companies have a responsibility to ensure operational safety and security, including routine inspections of installations and equipment. Based on Law No. 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas, technical inspections are mandatory for all equipment in oil and gas facilities to meet safety standards. New challenges arise with the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which allows work to be done in real time, anywhere, and anytime, thus encouraging relevant business diversification, such as the implementation of Robotic UAV Remote Inspection to reduce operational costs. This study uses primary and secondary data obtained through surveys, questionnaires, and direct interviews. The prediction model in this study is applied using logistic regression, which is complemented by a cost-benefit analysis (CBA) to evaluate the economic feasibility of implementing Remote Inspection, providing a comprehensive picture of investment decisions.
