Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis kinerja rantai pasok di industri pupuk dengan studi kasus pada PT.XYZ. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan menggunakan model SCOR dan metode AHP. SCOR akan digunakan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis lima elemen utama dalam rantai pasok, yaitu Perencanaan (Plan), Pengadaan (Source), Pembuatan (Make), Pengiriman (Deliver), dan Pengembalian (Return). Sementara itu, AHP akan diterapkan untuk memberi bobot pada setiap indikator kinerja berdasarkan prioritas strategis perusahaan, yang didapatkan dari wawancara. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pandangan yang komprehensif mengenai aspek-aspek kunci yang mempengaruhi kinerja rantai pasok PT. XYZ. Selain itu, kombinasi SCOR dan AHP diyakini akan membantu dalam menentukan prioritas perbaikan dan strategi peningkatan kinerja. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi manajemen PT. XYZ dalam mengambil keputusan terkait peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas rantai pasok perusahaan.

This research focuses on analyzing the supply chain performance in the fertilizer industry, with a case study of PT. XYZ. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the company’s supply chain performance using the SCOR model and the AHP method. SCOR will be used to measure and analyze the five key elements of the supply chain, namely Planning (Plan), Sourcing (Source), Manufacturing (Make), Delivery (Deliver), and Return (Return). AHP will be applied to assign weights to each performance indicator based on the company’s strategic priorities, obtained from expert interviews and feedback. This research is expected to provide a comprehensive view of the key factors affecting PT. XYZ's supply chain performance, while the combination of SCOR and AHP is believed to help in identifying improvement priorities and strategies for enhancing performance. The results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for PT. XYZ management in making decisions regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s supply chain.
