Abstract
==================================================================================================================================
In this era of technology, software applications have become an indispensable part of life, from apps for online shopping to business management. However, application development requires significant time and cost resources. Low-Code Development (LCD) offers a solution by reducing development time and cost, enabling collaboration between teams, and focusing on functionality and interface aesthetic. This research implements Lean UX methods in the development of five low-code based applications (Log Book, Inventory Management, Showcase, Room Booking, and Approval document) to optimize user experience. The development process involves two iteration cycles with the Lean UX approach, where each cycle consists of hypothesis, design, development, and evaluation stages using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). With limitations in development such as limited interface customization space in the development tools, the evaluation results showed significant improvement in all aspects of UEQ after the second iteration, with average scores reaching the “Above Average” to “Excellent” category on the UEQ benchmark with an average improvement of 0.68 with a user attractiveness rating on the entire application of 1.78.
