Abstract
PT. XYZ Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang pelatihan, konsultasi, assessment, dan project coaching, menghadapi masalah administrasi dalam proses klaim biaya operasional oleh para pekerja lepas. Pekerja lepas (freelance) adalah salah satu profesi yang bekerja pada suatu instansi atau perusahaan tanpa adanya ikatan kerja atau perjanjian kerja jangka panjang. Para pekerja lepas sering kali membutuhkan biaya operasional untuk mendukung aktivitas harian mereka. Biaya operasional yang tertera dalam kontrak kerja mereka mencakup transportasi, makan, dan kebutuhan lainnya. Beberapa pekerja lepas sering lupa akan prosedur bisnis PT. XYZ Indonesia, sehingga klaim yang diajukan sering tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan. Terdapat juga ketidakadilan dalam klaim biaya operasional antar pekerja lepas, yang menimbulkan ketidakpuasan di antara mereka. Selain itu, sistem klaim yang digunakan saat ini dianggap kurang memadai dan efisien, yang memperumit proses administrasi klaim biaya operasional, memperlambat proses klaim, dan mengakibatkan ketidakkonsistenan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, PT. XYZ Indonesia berencana mengembangkan sistem informasi klaim biaya operasional berbasis portal dengan pendekatan design thinking. Design thinking adalah metode yang berpusat pada pengguna atau user, mengedepankan pemahaman mendalam terhadap kebutuhan dan masalah mereka melalui proses iteratif dan kreatif. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk memastikan klaim diajukan sesuai ketentuan perusahaan, mengurangi kesalahan, dan mempercepat proses administrasi, sehingga meningkatkan kepuasan dan keadilan antar pekerja lepas. Pendekatan design thinking dapat menghasilkan produk berbasis applikasi dengan MVP Klaim untuk PT. XYZ. Berdasarkan Hasil SUS score pada penelitian ini dimana diperoleh nilai sebesar 92,73 yang artinya user memiliki kepuasan Best Imaginable ketika menggunakan MVP Klaim . Pada umumnya nilai tersebut sudah diatas rata-rata dan secara fungsi sudah layak untuk dilakukan launching oleh PT. XYZ. Hasil dari perbandinagn antara metode manual dengan MVP klaim adalah lebih baik MVP klaim sehingga dapat dikatakan MVP klaim adalah solusi untuk PT. XYZ dalam proses klaim.

Freelancers are one of the professionals who work for an agency or company without a long-term work contract or agreement. Freelancers often need operational costs to support their daily activities. The operational costs stated in their work contracts include transportation, meals, and other needs. Some freelancers often forget about PT. XYZ Indonesia's business procedures, so that the claims submitted are often not in accordance with the provisions. There is also injustice in the claim of operational costs between freelancers, which causes dissatisfaction among them. In addition, the claim system currently used is considered inadequate and inefficient, which complicates the process of administrative claims for operational costs, slows down the claim process, and results in inconsistency. To overcome this problem, PT. XYZ Indonesia plans to develop a portal-based operational cost claim information system using a design thinking approach. Design thinking is a method that is centered on users, prioritizing a deep understanding of their needs and problems through an iterative and creative process. This system aims to ensure that claims are submitted according to company regulations, reduce errors, and speed up the administrative process, thereby increasing satisfaction and fairness among freelancers. The design thinking approach can produce application-based products with MVP Klaim for PT. XYZ. Based on the SUS score results in this study, a value of 92.73 was obtained, which means that users have the Best Imaginable satisfaction when using MVP Claim Klaim. In general, this value is above average and in terms of function it is feasible to be launched by PT. XYZ. The results of the comparison between the manual method and claim MVP is at claim MVP is better, so it can be said that claim MVP is the solution for PT. XYZ is in the claim process.
