Abstract
PT.

PT. XYZ, an upstream oil and gas company, plans to rehabilitate several of its aging steel bridge assets, which have been in service for over 25 years and have experienced a decline in condition. These bridges serve as vital connectors supporting rig mobilization for the management and maintenance of existing wells. Facility Engineering, a division of PT. XYZ responsible for infrastructure projects, is currently planning the rehabilitation of 12 existing bridges as part of its 2025–2027 work program. The rehabilitation aims to ensure reliability and extend the service life of the bridges for the next 20 years, aligning with PT. XYZ's concession period. This study aims to prioritize the rehabilitation of these 12 bridges by considering multiple criteria. The methodology combines the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). AHP is used to determine the weights of relevant criteria and sub-criteria, while TOPSIS ranks the bridges based on these weights. Additionally, a sensitivity analysis is conducted to evaluate the impact of weight variations on the priority rankings, ensuring the robustness of the decision-making process. The results indicate that the top five priority bridges for rehabilitation are MR-BKS-07, CR-KPR-24, MR-BKS-06, MR-BKS-01C, and CR-PCK-03B. Furthermore, based on the sensitivity analysis, the bridges that experienced the most ranking changes, occurring five times, were DR-ASH-02 and CR-ATR-145.
