Abstract

Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) merupakan perbuatan terhadap seseorang di dalam lingkup rumah tangga terutama perempuan, yang berakibat pada timbulnya penderitaan secara fisik, psikologis, seksual, dan ancaman untuk berbuat, memaksa, atau merampas kemerdekaan dengan melawan hukum dalam rumah tangga. KDRT dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti naluri agresif sejak lahir, kondisi psikologis hingga keadaan ekonomi. Perceraian merupakan putusnya hubungan pasangan suami istri karena salah satu atau kedua belah pihak sehingga kewajiban sebagai pasangan suami istri tidak lagi dijalankan. Salah satu penyebab utama dari terjadinya perceraian adalah tindak kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT). Dalam mencegah terjadinya perceraian akibat KDRT, ada beberapa cara yang dapat dilakukan, seperti konseling keluarga sebagai pencegahan dan mediasi sebagai solusi pasca-kejadian KDRT. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, dilakukan modifikasi model kasus perceraian untuk menyesuaikan dengan kasus KDRT dan pemberian kontrol optimal berupa konseling keluarga dan mediasi dengan Prinsip Minimum Pontryagin. Selanjutnya, dicari solusi numerik menggunakan metode Runge-Kutta Orde 4 dilanjutkan dengan simulasi menggunakan software MATLAB. Hasil simulasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kontrol bekerja dengan baik di saat nilai bobot C1 < C2. Pada tahun ke-5, jumlah populasi individu yang bercerai akibat KDRT tanpa kontrol mediasi mencapai 569 orang, sedangkan dengan adanya kontrol mediasi jumlah populasinya menjadi 199 orang. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kontrol mampu menurunkan jumlah populasi individu yang melakukan perceraian akibat KDRT dan mencegah terjadinya perceraian melalui adanya mediasi sehingga populasi cenderung melanjutkan pernikahannya, serta mampu mengurangi jumlah KDRT yang terjadi seiring berjalannya waktu dengan kontrol berupa konseling keluarga.

Domestic violence is an act against someone within the scope of the household, especially women, which results in physical, psychological, sexual suffering, and threats to act, force, or deprive freedom unlawfully in the household. Domestic violence can be caused by several factors, such as aggressive instincts from birth, psychological conditions to economic conditions. Divorce is the termination of a husband and wife relationship because one or both parties so that the obligations as a husband and wife are no longer carried out. One of the main causes of divorce is domestic violence. In preventing divorce due to domestic violence, there are several ways that can be done, such as family counseling as prevention and mediation as a post domestic violence solution. In this Final Project, a modification of the divorce case model is carried out to adjust to domestic violence cases and the provision of optimal control in the form of family counseling and mediation with the Pontryagin Minimum Principle. Furthermore, a numerical solution is sought using the Runge-Kutta Order 4 method followed by simulation using MATLAB software. The simulation results showed that the control performed the best while the weight value is C1 < C2. In the 5th year, the number of individuals who divorced due to domestic violence without mediation control reached 569 people, while after mediation it was 199 people. This shows that providing control can reduce the number of individuals who divorce due to domestic violence and prevent divorce through mediation so that the population tends to continue their marriage, and is able to reduce the number of domestic violence that occurs over time with control in the form of family counseling.
