Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur memegang peranan penting dalam mempercepat proses pembangunan nasional maupun regional, serta berfungsi sebagai pendorong utama pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata. Infrastruktur pariwisata mencakup berbagai sumber daya alam dan buatan yang diperlukan di destinasi wisata untuk mendukung kelancaran aktivitas pariwisata, seperti transportasi, akomodasi, objek wisata, fasilitas perbelanjaan, dan lainnya. Infrastruktur yang baik berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan wisatawan. Salah satu destinasi wisata yang mengalami penurunan minat kunjungan adalah Wisata Bumi Perkemahan Glagah Arum di Desa Kandang Tepus, Kecamatan Senduro, Kabupaten Lumajang. Penurunan ini terlihat dari data kunjungan wisatawan yang semakin menurun dari tahun 2022 hingga 2024, meskipun potensi wisata alam dan ekonomi yang dimiliki sangat besar. Wisata ini merupakan potensi unggulan Kabupaten Lumajang yang menawarkan edukasi, wisata, panorama Gunung Semeru, serta dukungan terhadap UMKM lokal. Untuk itu, perlu adanya pengembangan infrastruktur pariwisata yang lebih baik guna meningkatkan minat kunjungan wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel dan indikator infrastruktur pariwisata terhadap minat kunjungan wisatawan menggunakan metode Delphi (kualitatif), menganalisis pengaruh infrastruktur terhadap minat kunjungan wisatawan dengan Analisis Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) (kuantitatif), dan menentukan prioritas pengembangan infrastruktur pariwisata yang berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan wisatawan dengan menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) (kuantitatif). Hasil penelitian didapatkan variabel jaringan trasnportasi, persampahan, sistem keamanan dan keselamatan, obyek dan atraksi wisata, akomodasi, dan restoran menjadi variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan wisatawan. Selain itu, indikator titik dan jalur evakuasi bencana serta ketersediaan dan kualitas jalan menuju tempat wisata merupakan infrastruktur piroritas yang perlu dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan minat kunjungan di Wisata Bumi Perkemahan Glagah Arum.

Infrastructure development plays an important role in accelerating the national and regional development process, and serves as the main driver of tourism sector growth. Tourism infrastructure includes various natural and artificial resources needed in tourist destinations to support the smooth running of tourism activities, such as transportation, accommodation, tourist attractions, shopping facilities, and others. Good infrastructure affects the interest of tourist visits. One of the tourist destinations that has experienced a decline in interest in visits is Glagah Arum Campground Tourism in Kandang Tepus Village, Senduro District, Lumajang Regency. This decline can be seen from the data on tourist visits which have decreased from 2022 to 2024, even though the potential for natural and economic tourism is very large. This tourism is a leading potential of Lumajang Regency that offers education, tourism, panoramic views of Mount Semeru, and support for local MSMEs. For this reason, it is necessary to develop better tourism infrastructure in order to increase the interest of tourist visits. This study aims to analyze the variables and indicators of tourism infrastructure on tourist interest using the Delphi method (qualitative), analyze the effect of infrastructure on tourist interest using Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Squares Analysis (SEM-PLS) (quantitative), and determine the priority of tourism infrastructure development that affects tourist interest using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) (quantitative). The results showed that the variables of transportation network, waste disposal, security and safety systems, objects and attractions, accommodation, and restaurants are variables that influence tourist interest. In addition, indicators of disaster evacuation points and paths as well as the availability and quality of roads to tourist attractions are prioritized infrastructure that needs to be developed to increase interest in visiting Glagah Arum Campground Tourism.
