Teknologi Automation 2. Modularity Produk dan 3. Financing. Untuk mencapai scalability salah satunya adalah dilakukan dengan perluasan pasar tidak hanya business to business tetapi juga business to consumer. Respon manajemen terhadap penelitian ini menjadi panduan strategis untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, mengoptimalkan proses, memperkuat scalability, dan daya saing dalam menghadapi tantangan serta peluang di pasar ===================================================================================================================================
The Startup Software as a Service (SaaS) ABC is a company that offers a collaborative application for project stakeholders to reduce communication barriers and improve project visibility through online and paperless reporting. Although SaaS ABC has been in the commercial stage for five years and serves clients from the government, state-owned enterprises, and national private sectors, it continues to face challenges in achieving significant revenue growth. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the maturity level using the Innovation Readiness Level (IRL) method, develop scalability strategies, and formulate recommendations. The research findings indicate that the maturity level of this startup is at the competition stage and has yet to conduct a thorough review of its competitors. A scalability improvement strategy was successfully developed by considering 13 factors, including modularity, automation, partnership, cloud computing, business model scalability, and their derivatives as technical criteria, along with 18 user requirements and 3 competitors, to construct the House of Quality (HoQ) in the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results show that scalability can be improved through the following priority sequence: (1) Automation Technology, (2) Product Modularity, and (3) Financing. To achieve scalability, one approach is market expansion beyond business-to-business (B2B) to include business-to-consumer (B2C). The management's response to this research serves as a strategic guide to enhance organizational performance, optimize processes, strengthen scalability, and improve competitiveness in addressing challenges and opportunities in the market
