Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efisiensi waktu peluncuran produk di infrastruktur cloud pada perusahaan X (bukan twitter/X) yang bergerak pada sistem bisnis Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode thematic analysis, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi berbagai kendala teknis dan operasional, seperti masalah kompatibilitas aplikasi, kesalahan konfigurasi, keterbatasan keterampilan tim, serta proses manual yang memperlambat peluncuran. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menganalisis peran otomatisasi menggunakan alat seperti Terraform dan Jenkins untuk memahami pengaruhnya terhadap percepatan deployment. Kerja sama tim dan pengelolaan biaya juga diidentifikasi sebagai faktor penting dalam proses ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan otomatisasi dapat mengurangi waktu peluncuran hingga 50%, sementara kendala teknis dan kurangnya koordinasi antar tim menjadi tantangan utama yang perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dengan mengisi kekurangan dalam literatur, khususnya dalam konteks , serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi peluncuran melalui otomatisasi, pelatihan tim, dan pengelolaan biaya yang lebih baik.

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the efficiency of product launch timelines in cloud infrastructure at Company X, operating in the e-commerce sector. The main issue identified is the slow product launch process caused by technical and operational challenges, as well as poor team coordination. Based on literature review, process automation using tools such as Terraform and Jenkins is suggested to enhance launch efficiency. This study employs a qualitative approach with thematic analysis to explore various obstacles, including application compatibility issues, configuration errors, skill limitations within the team, and reliance on manual processes. The analysis results indicate that automation can reduce launch times by up to 50%, significantly improving work efficiency. However, challenges such as insufficient team training in using automation tools and weak interdepartmental coordination were also identified. The recommendations include implementing comprehensive automation, developing training programs to enhance team skills, and adopting more effective cost management strategies. This study contributes by providing empirical insights in the e-commerce context while offering practical solutions to improve product launch efficiency in cloud infrastructure.
