Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah mengubah banyak industri, termasuk transportasi. Aplikasi milik PT KAI yaitu KAI ACCESS diluncurkan untuk memberikan kemudahan booking ticket dan akses informasi seputar transportasi kereta api. Namun KAI ACCESS memiliki ulasan negatif yang cukup banyak dengan rating yang hanya sebesar 2.0 saja pada google play store. Menimbang hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Usability pada Aplikasi KAI ACCESS Salah satu metode yaitu dengan menggunakan Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI) dan menggunakan metode important performance Analisis (IPA), yang mengukur kualitas penggunaan perangkat lunak berdasarkan perasaan pengguna saat menggunakan perangkat lunak. efisiensi (4,00; 4,01), efektivitas (4,07; 3,77), helpfulness (4,13; 4,02), kontrol (3,53; 4,01), dan kemudahan belajar (3,77; 3,81). Tingkat kesesuaian tertinggi tercatat pada dimensi efektivitas (107,96%), sedangkan dimensi kontrol memiliki tingkat kesesuaian terendah (88,03%), menunjukkan bahwa aspek kontrol memerlukan prioritas perbaikan. Diharapkan model dan rekomendasi ini dapat mengetahui kualitas pada Aplikasi KAI ACCESS dan mempermudah user untuk menggunakan Aplikasi KAI ACCESS.

Information and communication technology (ICT) has transformed many industries, including transportation. PT KAI's application, KAI ACCESS, was launched to provide easy ticket booking and access to information about train transportation. However, KAI ACCESS has quite a lot of negative reviews with a rating of only 2.0 on the Google Play Store. Considering this, this study aims to determine how Usability is on the KAI ACCESS Application. One method is to use the Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI) and use the important performance Analysis (IPA) method, which measures the quality of software use based on user feelings when using the software. efficiency (4.00; 4.01), effectiveness (4.07; 3.77), helpfulness (4.13; 4.02), control (3.53; 4.01), and ease of learning (3.77; 3.81). The highest level of conformity was recorded in the effectiveness dimension (107.96%), while the control dimension had the lowest level of conformity (88.03%), indicating that the control aspect requires priority improvement. It is expected that this model and recommendation can determine the quality of the KAI ACCESS Application and make it easier for users to use the KAI ACCESS Application
