Abstract
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (PPN) merupakan Subholding PT Pertamina (Persero) yang ditunjuk dalam menyalurkan BBM ke seluruh pelosok Indonesia. Pasca dilakukan restrukturisasi organisasi pada Juni 2020 dengan mekanisme Holding Sub Holding di Pertamina, tanggung jawab tersebut saat ini ada di pundak PPN yang mana sebelumnya adalah PT Pertamina (Persero). Tercatat sejak Tahun 2005 terdapat 4 perusahaan Multi Nasional yang ikut meramaikan pasar retail BBM di Indonesia selain PPN. Kondisi tersebut menjadikan persaingan bisnis semakin terbuka dan kompetitif. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibutuhkan strategi bisnis yang mampu memberikan keunggulan bersaing bagi PPN guna selain memenangkan persaingan juga menjaga kebutuhan masyarakat akanketersediaan BBM senantiasa terpenuhi. Terdapat tiga variabel yang saling terkait dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing diantaranya Strategi Bisnis, Inovasi dan Kinerja Bisnis. Tiga variabel kunci tersebut ditambah dengan adanya persepsi internal pekerja di dalam tubuh PPN yang juga berpengaruh terhadap iklim keselamatan dan lingkungan kerja yang akan berdampak pada keunggulan bersaing. Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) ini melibatkan responden dari Fungsi Supply & Distribution dan Reliability & Project Development PPN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pekerja dalam Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Bisnis, sedangkan Strategi Bisnis, Inovasi dan Kinerja Bisnis berpengaruh positif terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing. Rekomendasi yang dapat digunakan oleh PPN guna memperkokoh Keunggulan Bersaing perusahaan adalah melalui peningkatan kompetensi pekerja pada pelatihan bisnis yang berhubungan langsung dengan departemen pekerja tersebut berada serta mempertahankan upaya inovasi-inovasi produk maupun layanan yang memiliki ciri khas dan memberikan nilai manfaat yang lebih di benak pelanggan untuk menciptakan keunggulan yang berkelanjutan.

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (PPN) is a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero) which appointed to distribute fuel to all corners of Indonesia. After organizational restructuring was carried out in June 2020 with a Holding Sub Holding mechanism at Pertamina, this responsibility is currently on the shoulders of PPN, which previously belonged to PT Pertamina (Persero). It has been recorded that since 2005 there have been 4 MultiNational Companies that have participated in enlivening the fuel retail market in Indonesia apart from PPN. These conditions make business competition more open and competitive. To overcome this, a business strategy is needed that can provide a competitive advantage for PPN so that apart from winning the competition, it also ensures that people's needs for fuel availability are always met. There are three interrelated variables in achieving competitive advantage including Business Strategy, Innovation and Business Performance. These three key variables are coupled with the internal perception of workers within the PPN which also influences the safety climate and work environment which will have an impact on competitive advantage. This quantitative research using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) involved respondents from the Supply & Distribution and Reliability & Project Development PPN functions. The research results show that workers' perceptions of Perceived Organizational Support have a significant effect on Business Performance, while Business Strategy, Innovation and Business Performance have a positive effect on Competitive Advantage. Recommendations that can be used by PPN to strengthen the Company's Competitive Advantage are by increasing worker competency in business training that is directly related to the department the worker is in as well as maintaining product and service innovation efforts that have unique characteristics and provide greater benefit value in the minds of customers to create sustainable excellence.
