Abstract
Globalisasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia kerja. Banyak individu yang mencari peluang kerja di luar negeri untuk meningkatkan penghasilan, memperluas pengalaman, atau mencari kesempatan yang lebih baik. Namun, pencari kerja sering menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang menghambat mereka dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Terdapat tiga tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh pencari kerja ke luar negeri, yang pertama kurangnya informasi yang memadai, yang kedua banyak kasus penipuan kerja, dan yang ketiga kurangnya keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk bersaing di pasar kerja internasional. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem edtech dan job connector kerja ke luar negeri dengan pendekatan design thinking untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut. Pendekatan design thinking diterapkan untuk memahami kebutuhan pengguna secara mendalam, menghasilkan ide-ide inovatif, membuat prototipe, dan menguji solusi yang dikembangkan. Pada penelitian ini, inovasi model bisnis digenerasi dengan pendekatan lean canvas yang terdiri dari sembilan elemen, yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi terhadap pengembangan lean startup. Pada penelitian ini, sistem edtech dan job connector yang dikembangkan, memiliki sepuluh fitur unggulan, yaitu meliputi fitur program mentoring, infomasi lengkap bekerja ke luar negeri, edtech bahasa dan skill, jobs listing dan jobs alert, verifikasi agensi, sertifikasi, pendanaan, headline news, forum komunitas dan fitur akses agensi ke basis data tenaga kerja. Hasil user testing terhadap sistem ini, menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata yaitu 4,66 dari 5, dimana hal ini mencerminkan penerimaan yang tinggi terhadap fitur-fitur tersebut. Hasil rancangan model bisnis dengan lean canvas, dapat digunakan sebagai langkah strategis yang berkelanjutan untuk pengembangan lean startup, dengan memprioritaskan tiga fitur utama yang paling relevan bagi pencari kerja ke luar negeri, yaitu: informasi lengkap tentang jalur kerja (G to G, P to P, dan profesional), program mentoring, serta pembelajaran bahasa dan keterampilan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mendukung tenaga kerja Indonesia bersaing di pasar internasional.

Globalization has brought significant changes to the world of work. Many individuals seek employment opportunities abroad to increase their income, broaden their experience, or seek better opportunities. However, job seekers often face various challenges that prevent them from achieving these goals. There are three main challenges faced by overseas job seekers, the first is a lack of adequate information, the second is many cases of job fraud, and the third is a lack of skills needed to compete in the international job market. So this research aims to develop an edtech system and overseas work connectors using a design thinking approach to provide solutions to these problems. The design thinking approach is applied to understand user needs in depth, generate innovative ideas, create prototypes, and test the solutions developed. In this research, business model innovation was generated using a lean canvas approach consisting of nine elements, which can be used to provide recommendations for lean startup development. In this research, the edtech and job connector system developed has ten superior features, including mentoring program features, complete information on working abroad, edtech language and skills, jobs listings and jobs alerts, agency verification, certification, funding, headline news , community forums and agency access features to workforce databases. The results of user testing of this system show that the average score is 4.66 out of 5, which reflects high acceptance of these features. The results of the business model design using the lean canvas can be used as a sustainable strategic step for lean startup development, by prioritizing the three main features that are most relevant for overseas job seekers, namely: complete information about work paths (G to G, P to P , and professional), mentoring programs, as well as language and skills learning. It is hoped that this system can be an innovative solution to support Indonesian workers to compete in the international market.
