Abstract
Industri pelayaran di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan emisi karbon yang tinggi, yang mendorong kebutuhan untuk menerapkan konsep pelayaran hijau guna mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan. Meskipun Indonesia telah sadar terhadap penerapan konsep pelayaran hijau, namun untuk menerapkannya dibutuhkan banyak hal. Sehingga, perlu adanya pengembangan kinerja pelayaran hijau tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor strategis yang memengaruhi kinerja pelayaran hijau, mengevaluasi kesenjangan kinerja, dan merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengevaluasi indikator apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan dari kinerja pelayaran hijau berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan serta kepuasan pelaku industri pelayaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelaku industri pelayaran yang memiliki pengalaman bekerja dalam 2 tahun terakhir dan memiliki pengetahuan tentang industri pelayaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam faktor strategis yang memengaruhi pelayaran hijau di Indonesia diantaranya aspek teknologi, sosial, ekonomi, lingkungan, manajerial, serta green innovation technology. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam indikator dari faktor teknologi, lingkungan, manajerial dan green innovation technology yang perlu ditingkatkan dari kinerja pelayaran hijau di Indonesia diantaranya terkait tingkat efisiensi bahan bakar, teknologi pengolahan bahan bakar, kesesuaian emisi SOx dan pemeliharaan kapal secara rutin. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan kepada pelaku industri pelayaran dan pemerintah untuk memprioritaskan penerapan teknologi ramah lingkungan, mengadakan pelatihan kesadaran pelayaran hijau, memperketat regulasi, serta memperkuat kerja sama dengan penyedia solusi lingkungan, guna mendukung transisi yang lebih cepat menuju pelayaran hijau yang berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

The shipping industry in Indonesia faces the challenge of high carbon emissions, which drives the need to implement the concept of green shipping to support environmental sustainability. Although Indonesia has been aware of the implementation of the concept of green shipping, many things are needed to implement it. Thus, it is necessary to develop the performance of green shipping. This study aims to identify strategic factors that influence the performance of green shipping, evaluate performance gaps, and formulate recommendations for improvement. This study uses the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method to evaluate what indicators need to be improved from the performance of green shipping based on the level of importance and satisfaction of shipping industry players. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to shipping industry players who have work experience in the last 2 years and have knowledge of the shipping industry. The results of this study indicate that there are six strategic factors that influence green shipping in Indonesia including technological, social, economic, environmental, managerial, and green innovation technology aspects. In addition, this study also shows that there are six indicators of technological, environmental, managerial and green innovation technology factors that need to be improved from the performance of green shipping in Indonesia including those related to the level of fuel efficiency, fuel processing technology, SOx emission compliance and routine ship maintenance. This study provides recommendations for improvements to shipping industry players and the government to prioritize the implementation of environmentally friendly technologies, conduct green shipping awareness training, tighten regulations, and strengthen cooperation with environmental solution providers, in order to support a faster transition towards sustainable green shipping in Indonesia
