Abstract
Subsektor perkebunan, khususnya tanaman tebu, memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, penggunaan pupuk kimia secara berlebihan dapat menyebabkan degradasi tanah, penurunan pH, dan ketidakseimbangan hara yang berdampak pada produktivitas tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pupuk kimia ZA (amonium sulfat) dan Pupuk Organik Cair X (POC X) dalam meningkatkan produktivitas tebu, rendemen, serta pendapatan bersih menggunakan Multiple Response Surface Methodology dengan pendekatan Box-Behnken Design. Penelitian dilakukan di Wates, Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur, menggunakan tanaman tebu varietas Bululawang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik ZA maupun POC X berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas tebu dan pendapatan bersih, namun tidak signifikan terhadap rendemen. Kombinasi optimal untuk mendapatkan produktivitas dan pendapatan bersih tertinggi diperoleh pada dosis 16 kg ZA dan 4,5 L POC X atau 160 kg ZA dan 45 L POC X per 320 ru, yang menghasilkan produktivitas 117,42 ton, rendemen 9,69%, serta pendapatan bersih Rp 109,98 juta dengan composite desirability sebesar 0,9041. Dari hasil penelitian ini, disarankan penggunaan kombinasi ZA dan POC X sebagai strategi pemupukan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tebu tanpa merusak keseimbangan hara tanah.

The plantation subsector, particularly sugarcane cultivation, plays a crucial role in Indonesia's economy. However, excessive use of chemical fertilizers can lead to soil degradation, pH reduction, and nutrient imbalance, which negatively affect crop productivity. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of ZA fertilizer (ammonium sulfate) and Liquid Organic Fertilizer X (POC X) in improving sugarcane productivity, sugar yield, and net income using Multiple Response Surface Methodology with the Box-Behnken Design approach. The research was conducted in Wates, Kediri Regency, East Java, using the Bululawang sugarcane variety. The results showed that both ZA and POC X significantly increased sugarcane productivity and net income, but their effects on sugar yield were not statistically significant. The optimal combination for achieving the highest productivity and net income was 16 kg ZA and 4.5 L POC X or 160 kg ZA and 45 L POC X per 320 ru, which resulted in a productivity of 117.42 tons, a sugar yield of 9.69%, and a net income of IDR 109.98 million with a composite desirability score of 0.9041. Based on these findings, the combination of ZA and POC X is recommended as a sustainable fertilization strategy to enhance sugarcane productivity while maintaining soil nutrient balance.
