Abstract

Peningkatan efisiensi energi dan pengelolaan sumber daya merupakan tantangan utama dalam berbagai sektor industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem monitoring yang dapat mengukur suhu, kelembapan, dan konsumsi daya AC Split guna menentukan Overall Equipment Energy Consumption (OEEC). Sistem ini memanfaatkan sensor suhu dan kelembapan yang terintegrasi dengan perangkat mikrokontroler untuk mengumpulkan data secara real-time. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dan dianalisis untuk menentukan pola penggunaan energi dan mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan informasi akurat mengenai kondisi lingkungan dan konsumsi daya, sehingga memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengoptimalkan pengaturan AC dan mengurangi konsumsi energi. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengelolaan energi yang lebih efisien dan ramah lingkungan.

improving energy efficiency and resource management are major challenges in various industrial sectors. This research aims to design and build a monitoring system that can measure temperature, humidity, and power consumption of Split air conditioners to determine Overall Equipment Energy Consumption (OEEC). The system utilises temperature and humidity sensors integrated with a microcontroller device to collect real-time data. The data obtained is then processed and analysed to determine energy usage patterns and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement. The results show that the developed system is able to provide accurate information on environmental conditions and power consumption, allowing users to optimise air conditioning settings and reduce energy consumption. The implementation of this system is expected to contribute significantly to more efficient and environmentally friendly energy management.
