Abstract
Sustainable supplier selection (SSS) menjadi salah satu pembahasan yang serius dalam supply chain management hari ini. Dimana SSS menjadi salah satu keunggulan kompetitif suatu perusahaan khususnya di sektor konstruksi. Secara nyata kontribusi pengadaan material dari supplier dapat mencapai hingga 60% dari total biaya konstruksi. Lebih lanjut, kesadaran terhadap persoalan sosial dan lingkungan, juga menjadi pertimbangan penting dalam proses supplier selection. Sebagai salah satu masalah multi criteria decision making (MCDM), pengambilan kebijakan dalam supplier selection perlu mempertimbangkan faktor ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan yang menjadikan proses tersebut kompleks. Dengan demikian, penelitian tentang SSS pada perusahaan sektor konstruksi di Indonesia dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode fuzzy DEMATEL, fuzzy ANP, dan fuzzy TOPSIS untuk memperoleh alternatif supplier ideal. Dimana dalam penelitian ini, diketahui kriteria social responsibility (SR) dan environmental and circular (ECR) memiliki tingkat pengaruh paling tinggi, sedangkan kriteria dengan pengaruh terendah adalah pada kriteria quality (Q). Selanjutnya, dalam proses seleksi terhadap alternatif supplier diketahui bahwa alternatif supplier ke-2 sebagai alternatif ideal dalam penelitian yang dilakukan.

Sustainable supplier selection (SSS) is one of the serious discussions in supply chain management today. Where SSS becomes one of the competitive advantages of a company, especially in the construction sector. In fact, the contribution of material procurement from suppliers can reach up to 60% of the total construction cost. Furthermore, awareness of social and environmental issues is also an important consideration in the supplier selection process. As one of the multi criteria decision making (MCDM) problems, policy making in supplier selection needs to consider economic, social, and environmental factors that make the process complex. Thus, research on SSS in construction sector companies in Indonesia was conducted using the fuzzy DEMATEL, fuzzy ANP, and fuzzy TOPSIS method approaches to obtain ideal supplier alternatives. In this research, it is known that social responsibility (SR) and environmental and circular (ECR) criteria have the highest level of influence, while the criteria with the lowest influence are the quality (Q) criteria. Furthermore, in the selection process for alternative suppliers, it is known that the 2nd supplier alternative is the ideal alternative in the research conducted.
