Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang, integrasi sistem backend menjadi aspek krusial bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan pengalaman pengguna. PT. Home Credit Indonesia, memerlukan integrasi sistem yang optimal untuuk meningkatkan komunikasi data dan skalabilitas layanan. Pengembangan sistem backend dari sisi Integrasi Bisnis menggunakan teknologi utama yaitu Java Spring Boot sebagai framework backend, Oracle Database untuk penyimpanan data, serta RabbitMQ sebagai message broker untuk komunikasi antar layanan. Selama kerja praktik, beberapa fitur utama berhasil dikembangkan, di antaranya mekanisme disbursement kontrak tanpa CUID, pengiriman email disbursement yang tertunda, peningkatan sistem PayLater, serta integrasi API untuk layanan eksternal. Hasil dari kerja praktik ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem backend yang lebih efisien dapat meningkatkan keandalan sistem dan mendukung kebutuhan bisnis secara lebih optimal.

In an increasingly digital era, backend system integration has become a crucial aspect for companies in improving operational efficiency and user experience. PT. Home Credit Indonesia requires optimal system integration to improve data communication and service scalability. Backend system development from the Business Integration side uses the main technology, namely Java Spring Boot as the backend framework, Oracle Database for data storage, and RabbitMQ as a message broker for communication between services.
During practical work, several main features were successfully developed, including a contract disbursement mechanism without CUID, sending delayed disbursement emails, improving the PayLater system, as well as API integration for external services. The results of this practical work show that implementing a more efficient backend system can increase system reliability and support business needs more optimally.
