Abstract
Media sosial adalah suatu alat komunikasi media massa di internet dimana pengguna dapat menerima informasi, ide, pesan, dan berbagai konten variatif serta berinteraksi dengan banyak orang. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi muncul kekhawatiran terkait potensi kecanduan aplikasi Tiktok. Kecanduan Tiktok dapat berdampak buruk pada kehidupan manusia, seperti gangguan kesejahteraan emosional dan gangguan produktivitas. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan upaya kontrol kecanduan Tiktok berupa edukasi dan terapi dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi jumlah individu yang kecanduan Tiktok. Pada Tugas Akhir ini dibahas model matematika kecanduan Tiktok dengan model SEIR, titik kesetimbangan bebas kecanduan dan endemik, serta analisa kestabilan disekitar titik kesetimbangan. Kemudian, dengan menggunakan Prinsip Minimum Pontryagin dilakukan penyelesaian masalah kontrol optimal dan diselesaikan secara numerik menggunakan metode Runge-Kutta orde empat dengan bantuan MATLAB. Hasil analisis dan simulasi numerik yang dilakukan, diperoleh sistem stabil asimtotik di sekitar titik kesetimbangan bebas kecanduan Tiktok, sehingga ditarik kesimpulan bahwa individu yang kecanduan akan semakin berkurang dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Demikian juga untuk sistem disekitar titik kesetimbangan endemik bersifat stabil. Sehingga, dengan adanya kontrol edukasi dan terapi, populasi individu yang kecanduan Tiktok dapat mengalami penurunan yang maksimal hingga mendekati 0 selama 10 tahun.

Social media is a mass media communication tool on the internet where users can receive information, ideas, messages, and various varied content and interact with many people. Along with technological advances, concerns have arisen regarding the potential for addiction to the Tiktok application. Tiktok addiction can have a negative impact on human life, such as impaired emotional well-being and impaired productivity. Therefore, efforts to control Tiktok addiction are carried out in the form of education and therapy with the aim of reducing the number of individuals addicted to Tiktok. In this Final Project, the mathematical model of Tiktok addiction with the SEIR model, addiction-free and endemic equilibrium points, and stability analysis around the equilibrium point are discussed. Then, using the Pontryagin Minimum Principle, the optimal control problem is solved and solved numerically using the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method with the help of MATLAB. The results of the analysis and numerical simulations carried out, obtained an asymptotically stable system around the Tiktok addiction-free equilibrium point, so it is concluded that addicted individuals will decrease over a period of time. Likewise, the system around the endemic equilibrium point is stable. So, with the control of education and therapy, the population of individuals addicted to TikTok can experience a maximum decrease to close to 0 for 10 years.
