Abstract
PT Etana Biotechnologies Indonesia membangun plant baru yaitu Area Vial Room yang dimana plant tersebut digunakan untuk proses filling 2, formulasi 2 dan change part yang menghasilkan produk baru berupa obat cairan dalam vial. Area Vial Room memiliki 3 ruangan dengan luas total sebesar 228 m2. Area Vial Room ini masuk kategori kelas C dalam industri farmasi sehingga membutuhkan suplai udara yang sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) agar obat bisa terjaga kesterilannya selama proses berlangsung. BPOM sendiri mengeluarkan peraturan bagaimana Cara Pembuatan Obat dengan Baik (CPOB). Suhu udara ruangannya harus dijaga diantaranya 16 °C - 25°C, agar bisa menghasilkan suhu udara 16 °C - 25 °C maka diperlukan sistem Air Handling Unit (AHU) dan sistem kontrol untuk menjaga suhu udara yang masuk ke area tersebut. Untuk menjaga setpoint suhu yang dihasilkan oleh AHU ke area vial room, dibutuhkan suatu sistem kontrol motorized valve pada cooling coil dan sensor suhu pada return ducting di area vial room yang dimana sensor suhu ini membaca setpoint dan umpan balik untuk mengatur buka-tutup motorized valve cooling coil. Cooling coil di AHU terdapat aliran cooling water yang tersirkulasi di AHU-nya. Cooling water sendiri bersumber dari air cooling water bersuhu 10 °C (dingin) dan dihembuskan oleh blower fan AHU. Agar setpoint suhu terhadap buka-tutup motorized valve cooling coil tetap terjaga maka digunakan metode Proporsional (P) di dalam sistem Direct Digital Control (DDC). Pada sistem kontrol ini menggunakan setpoint 20 °C agar tidak melebihi batas bawah dan batas atas dan sebesar 16 °C - 25°C sehingga nilai setting parameter P-nya Pb = 0,02, Ti = 0, Td = 0 dan Dz = 0,1 dengan suhu 20 °C tercapai pada menit ke 90 dan memiliki nilai overshoot -0,7 % sampai 4,4 % dan steady state 5%.

PT Etana Biotechnologies Indonesia built a new plant, namely the Vial Room Area, where the plant is used for filling 2, formulation 2 and change part processes which produce new products in the form of liquid medicines in vials. The Vial Room area has 3 rooms with a total area of 228 m2. This Vial Room area is in the class C category in the pharmaceutical industry so it requires an air supply that complies with the regulations set by the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) so that the sterility of the medicine can be maintained during the process. BPOM itself issues regulations on how to make medicines properly (CPOB). The room air temperature must be maintained between 16 °C - 25 °C, in order to produce an air temperature of 16 °C - 25 °C, an Air Handling Unit (AHU) system and a control system are needed to maintain the temperature of the air entering the area. To maintain the temperature setpoint produced by the AHU in the vial room area, a motorized valve control system is needed on the cooling coil and a temperature sensor on the return ducting in the vial room area where this temperature sensor reads the setpoint and provides feedback to regulate the opening and closing of the cooling motorized valve. coils. The cooling coil in the AHU has a cooling water flow circulating in the AHU. The cooling water itself comes from cooling water with a temperature of 10 °C (cold) and is blown by the AHU blower fan. So that the temperature setpoint for opening and closing the motorized valve cooling coil is maintained, the Proportional (P) method is used in the Direct Digital Control (DDC) system. This control system uses a setpoint of 20 °C so as not to exceed the lower and upper limits and is 16 °C - 25 °C so that the P parameter setting values are Pb = 0.02, Ti = 0, Td = 0 and Dz = 0 ,1 with a temperature of 20 °C reached at 90 minutes and has an overshoot value -0,7 % until 4,4 % and steady state value of 5%.
