Abstract

PT United Tractors Tbk telah berkomitmen untuk menurunkan emisi gas rumah kaca dan meningkatkan bauran energi terbarukan melalui berbagai strategi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program penurunan emisi yang telah diterapkan, menganalisis keuntungan ekonomi dan lingkungan, serta menentukan solusi terbaik dengan mempertimbangkan tiga aspek utama, yaitu teknologi, lingkungan, dan ekonomi. Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk menentukan bobot prioritas dari setiap strategi, Techno-Economic Analysis (TEA) diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan finansial dari alternatif yang dipilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biodiesel (B35) menjadi pilihan terbaik karena memenuhi tiga aspek utama dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dari sisi teknologi, biodiesel dapat langsung digunakan pada mesin yang ada tanpa memerlukan investasi infrastruktur tambahan. Dari perspektif lingkungan, biodiesel mampu mengurangi emisi karbon hingga 30% dibandingkan bahan bakar fosil konvensional. Sementara itu, dari sisi ekonomi, analisis TEA menunjukkan bahwa biodiesel memberikan keuntungan finansial yang signifikan dengan NPV tertinggi di Banjarmasin (Rp 490,64 miliar), Balikpapan (Rp 456,80 miliar), dan Pekanbaru (Rp 164,62 miliar), serta IRR yang menunjukkan profitabilitas tinggi. Dengan demikian, biodiesel menjadi solusi optimal yang mendukung target keberlanjutan UT hingga 2030 sekaligus memberikan dampak finansial yang positif bagi perusahaan.

PT United Tractors Tbk has committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and increasing the renewable energy mix through various strategies. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the emission reduction program that has been implemented, analyze the economic and environmental benefits, and determine the best solution by considering three main aspects, namely technology, environment, and economy. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to determine the priority weight of each strategy, Techno-Economic Analysis (TEA) is applied to evaluate the financial feasibility of the selected alternative. The results of the study indicate that biodiesel (B35) is the best choice because it meets the three main aspects in decision making. From a technological perspective, biodiesel can be used directly in existing engines without requiring additional infrastructure investment. From an environmental perspective, biodiesel can reduce carbon emissions by up to 30% compared to conventional fossil fuels. Meanwhile, from an economic perspective, TEA analysis shows that biodiesel provides significant financial benefits with the highest NPV in Banjarmasin (IDR 490.64 billion), Balikpapan (IDR 456.80 billion), and Pekanbaru (IDR 164.62 billion), as well as IRR showing high profitability. Thus, biodiesel is the optimal solution that supports UT's sustainability targets until 2030 while providing a positive financial impact for the company.
