Abstract

Laporan ini berisi hasil magang di PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Grati pada Divisi Engineering–HAR Mesin. Fokus kegiatan adalah pemeliharaan dan analisis performa Fresh Water Fire Pump sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei lapangan, studi literatur, pengambilan data, serta analisis performa dan getaran. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi dan kestabilan pompa setelah perbaikan. Magang ini memberikan pemahaman teknis dan pengalaman langsung terkait sistem pompa serta budaya kerja industri pembangkitan listrik.

This report presents the results of an internship at PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Grati, in the Engineering–HAR Mesin Division. The focus was on maintenance and performance analysis of the Fresh Water Fire Pump before and after repair. The methods included field surveys, literature review, data collection, and vibration analysis. Results showed improved efficiency and stability after maintenance. This internship provided both technical insights and practical experience in pump systems and industrial power plant operations.
