Abstract
Pengujian adalah salah satu bagian penting dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Pengujian otomatisasi sekarang banyak digunakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi proses pengujian. Berbagai kerangka kerja pengujian otomatisasi telah tersedia dipasaran, namun tantangan utama adalah menentukan kerangka kerja yang paling sesuai untuk pengujian website. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan beberapa kerangka pengujian berdasarkan aspek performance efficiency yang mengacu pada standar ISO 25010. Salah satu langkah atau pendekatan yang dapat digunakan adalah penilaian kerangka kerja berdasarkan tujuh faktor performance efficiency ISO 25010 yaitu processor, storage, bandwidth, response time, turnaround time, throughput, dan kapasitas. Penilaian dilaukan dengan pengujian langsung terhadap lima jenis transaksi pada dua tipe website. Selain itu, penilaian kerangka kerja juga menggunakan koefisiensi bobot berbasis rata-rata kuesioner pakar untuk mengevaluasi hasil penelitian. Kedua hasil pengujian yang didapatkan digabungkan dan dianalisis melalui klasifikasi interval sama. Penelitian ini berhasil mengklasifikasikan setiap kerangka pengujian ke dalam kelas berdasarkan skor yang didapatkan. Terdapat tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 97,5% antara klasifikasi eksperimen dan hasil pembobotan. Selain itu, kerangka kerja Telerik test menunjukkan performa cukup stabil pada lima jenis transaksi di kedua tipe website. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan eksperimental yang digunakan mampu merepresentasikan preferensi pakar secara efektif. Dalam penelitian selanjutnya, fokus pemilihan tidak hanya berdasarkan kinerja tetapi juga fungsionalitas dan kemudahan penggunaan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan atau bahan pertimbangan bagi para pengembang dalam menentukan kerangka kerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Testing is one of the essential components in software development. Automated testing is now widely used to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the testing process. Various automation testing frameworks are available in the market; however, the main challenge lies in determining the most suitable framework for website testing. Therefore, this study was conducted to compare several testing frameworks based on the performance efficiency aspect, as outlined in the ISO 25010 software quality standard. One approach employed in this study is the assessment of testing frameworks based on seven performance efficiency factors from ISO 25010, namely processor usage, storage, bandwidth, response time, turnaround time, throughput, and capacity. The assessment was carried out through direct testing on five types of website transactions across two website categories. Furthermore, the evaluation was supported by weighted coefficients derived from the average results of expert questionnaires to ensure a comprehensive analysis. The results from both experimental testing and expert-based weighting were combined and analyzed using equal interval classification. This study successfully classified each testing framework into categories based on the final scores obtained. A consistency level of 97.5% was found between the experimental classification and the expert-weighted results. Additionally, Telerik test was identified as the stable frameworks across all five transaction types and both website categories. These findings indicate that the experimental approach used in this study effectively reflects expert preferences. Future research is expected to incorporate additional selection aspects such as functionality and usability. This study is expected to serve as a reference or consideration for developers in selecting appropriate testing frameworks based on specific needs.
