Abstract
PT. Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk. atau sering disebut MITRATEL merupakan satu anak perusahaan PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM) yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan infrastruktur telekomunikasi. MITRATEL mulaimenapaki bisnis menara telekomunikasi sejak tahun 2008. Sampai saat ini, Mitratel telah mengelola lebih dari 36.719 menara telekomunikasi yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Semuaoperator seluler Indonesia telah menjadi tenant denganmenempatkan perangkat BTSnya di menara Mitratel. Di perusahaan tersebut penulis berkesempatan melakukan kegiatan Kerja Praktik pada divisi Asset Productivity and Performance. Penulis diberikan ilmu mengenai terkait dengan negosiasi negosiator di lapangan dan pembuatan BAN (Berita Acara Negosiasi), cara membuat dokumen resume ADO (Analisis Daerah Operasi) serta efek menular dari penempatan Tower Base Transceiver Station, cara membuat perjanjian sewa lahan untuk penempatan Tower Base Transceiver Station yang disebut BAK(Berita Acara Kesepakatan) dan PKS (Perjanjian Kerjasama Sewa), serta melakukan pendataan dokumen dan riwayat negosiasi dari kesepakatan kerjasama penyewaan lahan tower melalui aplikasi ONEFLUX. Penulis berharap dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih kepada perusahaan dan instansi, tidak hanya mengenai Kerja Praktik tetapi juga mengenai kedisiplinan dan pengambilan keputusan sehingga dapat menjadi bekal bagi mahasiswa dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Selain itu penulis dapat memenuhi syarat kelulusan setelah mengikuti Kerja Praktik dan membuat laporan sampai selesai.

PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk, commonly known as MITRATEL, is a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM) engaged in the provision of telecommunication infrastructure. MITRATEL began its telecommunications tower business in 2008. To date, Mitratel manages more than 36,719 telecommunication towers spread throughout Indonesia. All cellular operators in Indonesia have become tenants by placing their BTS (Base Transceiver Station) equipment on Mitratel’s towers.The author had the opportunity to undertake an internship program (Kerja Praktik) at the Asset Productivity and Performance Division of the company. During this internship, the author gained knowledge related to field negotiations and the preparation of Negotiation Minutes (BAN), how to create Operational Area Analysis (ADO) summaries, and the spillover effects of placing BTS towers. The author also learned how to draft land lease agreements for BTS tower placement, including the Agreement Minutes (BAK) and the Lease Cooperation Agreement (PKS), as well as document and track negotiation histories through the ONEFLUX application. The author hopes to provide meaningful contributions to both the company and the institution—not only through the internship but also by demonstrating discipline and decision-making skills, which are essential for future career readiness. Furthermore, this internship experience fulfills one of the graduation requirements, culminating in the completion of a final report.
