Abstract
Riau adalah salah satu provinsi di Indonesia yang memiliki banyak sumber daya alam yang dapat dikembangkan. Namun, pengembangan sumber daya alam tersebut membutuhkan sarana transportasi yang memadai, dan saat ini sarana transportasi di Riau masih kurang. Di Riau, kendaraan pribadi dan angkutan umum masih merupakan opsi transportasi yang paling popular. Sehingga, sarana transportasi alternatif diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kereta api adalah opsi transportasi alternatif yang dapat digunakan di Riau. Kereta api memiliki beberapa kelebihan, seperti kapasitas transportasi yang besar, yang dapat mengurangi kemacetan, emisi gas buang yang rendah, yang dapat mengurangi polusi udara, dan kemampuan untuk mencapai lokasi yang sulit dijangkau oleh kendaraan lain. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah pengumpulan data, penentuan trase rencana, perancangan geometrik meliputi alinyemen horizontal dan vertikal, perencanaan konstruksi jalan rel, perencanaan emplasemen, pembuatan gambar rencana dalam pembangunan jalur kereta api berdasarkan peraturan-peraturan pemerintah yang terkait. Perancangan jalur kereta api ini mencakup pengumpulan data, penentuan trase, desain geometrik (alinyemen horizontal dan vertikal), serta perencanaan emplasemen sesuai regulasi. Prinsip Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) diterapkan, terutama; Menciptakan lapangan kerja dan mempercepat distribusi ekonomi, menyediakan infrastruktur transportasi berkelanjutan. Pada perancangan ini, digunakan program bantu AutoCAD, Civil 3D dan beberapa program bantu lainnya. Hasil yang didapat dari Tugas Akhir ini terbentuknya geometrik jalur kereta api antara Duri – Pekanbaru, serta penempatan stasiun sesuai dengan peta topografi. Didapatkan hasil dari Tugas Akhir ini yaitu, jalan rel sepanjang 83 km dari Duri - Pekanbaru dengan kecepatan rencana 120 km/jam serta, terdapat 6 lengkung horizontal dengan jari-jari 780 meter untuk Spiral-Circle-Spiral dan 2370 meter untuk Full Circle. Konstruksi jalan rel termasuk kategori kelas I dengan lebar sepur 1067 mm dan tipe double track. Jenis rel yang digunakan adalah UIC 54 dengan bantalan beton N-67 PT. WIKA Beton, penambat rel berupa DE-Clips (DE-Clips Rail Fastener) serta balas atas memiliki tebal 30 cm dengan tebal subbalas45cm.

Riau is one of the provinces in Indonesia that has many natural resources that can be developed. However, the development of these natural resources requires adequate transportation facilities, and currently transportation facilities in Riau are still lacking. In Riau, private vehicles and public transportation are still the most popular transportation options. Thus, alternative means of transportation are needed to overcome this problem. Trains are an alternative transportation option that can be used in Riau. Trains have several advantages, such as large transportation capacity, which can reduce congestion, low exhaust emissions, which can reduce air pollution, and the ability to reach locations that are difficult for other vehicles to reach. The methods that will be used in this design are data collection, determination of the planned trajectory, geometric design including horizontal and vertical alignments, rail road construction planning, emplacement planning, and drawing plans in the construction of railway lines based on related government regulations. The design of this railway line includes data collection, route determination, geometric design (horizontal and vertical alignment), and emplacement planning according to regulations. The principles of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are applied, especially; Create jobs and accelerate economic distribution, providing sustainable transportation infrastructure. In this design, AutoCAD programs, Civil 3D and several other auxiliary programs were used. The results obtained from this Final Project were the geometric formation of the railway line between Duri – Pekanbaru, as well as the placement of stations according to the topographic map. The results of this Final Project were obtained, namely, an 83 km long rail road from Duri - Pekanbaru with a planned speed of 120 km/h as well as 6 horizontal curves with a radius of 780 meters for Spiral-Circle-Spiral and 2370 meters for Full-Circle. Rail road construction is in the class I category with a track width of 1067 mm and a double track type. The type of rail used is UIC 54 with N-67 concrete bearing PT. WIKA Beton, rail anchors in the form of DE-Clips (DE-Clips Rail Fastener) and the top counter have a thickness of 30 cm with a sub-counter thickness of 45 cm.
