Abstract
Sistem antrian konvensional di lingkungan kerja kerap menimbulkan ketidakefisienan dan antrean panjang, terutama pada fasilitas rekreasi karyawan seperti gym, karaoke, studio band, dan panggung acara di Lantai 31 Telkom Landmark Tower Jakarta. Kerja Praktik ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem antrian berbasis web yang mendukung kebutuhan booking online, serta verifikasi kehadiran melalui pemindaian QR code. Selain itu, sistem menyediakan modul analitik untuk memantau kepadatan pemesanan, mengelola laporan, dan berita terkini. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengguna, implementasi front-end menggunakan Bootstrap dan HTML dan back-end dengan PHP serta basis data MySQL.

The conventional queuing system in the workplace often leads to inefficiencies and long lines, especially at employee recreational facilities such as the gym, karaoke room, band studio, and event stage on the 31st floor of the Telkom Landmark Tower in Jakarta. This internship project aims to design and implement a web-based queuing system that supports online booking and attendance verification through QR code scanning. Additionally, the system includes an analytics module to monitor booking density, manage reports, and provide the latest news updates. The methodology used involves user needs analysis, front-end implementation using Bootstrap and HTML, and back-end development with PHP and a MySQL database.
