Abstract

Pelabuhan merupakan aspek yang penting dalam sistem transportasi laut di Indonesia. Proyek reklamasi Pelabuhan Patimban Paket 5 merupakan salah satu rencana yang masuk sebagai Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 47 tahun 2016. Pelabuhan ini berlokasi di Desa Patimban, Kecamatan Pusakanegara, Kabupaten Subang, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pelabuhan Patimban ini hadir dengan berbagai urgensi yang mendukung untuk segera diselesaikan. Dengan metode reklamasi yaitu Cement Pipe Mixing (CPM), diperlukan adanya aktivitas pengerukan dan pengangkutan dengan box barge untuk melakukan suplai material kerukan pada metode ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan waktu dan biaya yang dihasilkan dari variasi kapasitas box barge serta menentukan kapasitas yang paling efektif dan ekonomis. Berdasarkan data diperoleh bahwa total volume keruk untuk suplai Cement Pipe Mixing adalah 840.000 m³. Dengan menggunakan 2 unit Grab Dredger /Clamshell, yaitu Grab Dredger Kharisma Pawan dengan kapasitas bucket 8 m³ dan Grab Dredger Bianca 8 dengan kapasitas bucket 10 m³, serta Box Barge atau Self Propelled Box Barge. Terdiri atas variasi 1 dengan 4 set Box Barge kapasitas 1500 m³ beserta tug boat, serta variasi 2 dengan 4 unit Self Propelled Box Barge kapasitas 2000 m³. Pada variasi 1 diperoleh durasi selama 87 hari dengan biaya pengerukan sebesar Rp. 44.402.505.700, sedangkan untuk variasi 2 diperoleh durasi selama 131 hari dengan biaya pengerukan sebesar Rp. 70.779.305.682. Hasil dari analisis optimasi menggunakan Evolver menunjukan bahwa, variasi 1 lebih optimal bernilai 1 dengan durasi yang lebih singkat dan biaya total pekerjaan paling minimum dibandingkan variasi 2.

Ports are an important aspect of the marine transportation system in Indonesia. The Patimban Port reclamation project Package 5 is one of the plans included as a National Strategic Project (PSN) based on Presidential Regulation Number 47 of 2016. This port is located in Patimban Village, Pusakanegara District, Subang Regency, West Java Province. Patimban Port comes with various urgencies that support its immediate completion. With the reclamation method, namely Cement Pipe Mixing (CPM), dredging and transportation activities are required with box barges to supply dredged material in this method. This study aims to analyze the differences in time and costs resulting from variations in box barge capacity and to determine the most effective and economical capacity. Based on the data obtained, the total dredging volume for the supply of Cement Pipe Mixing is 840,000 m³. By using 2 Grab Dredger / Clamshell units, namely Grab Dredger Kharisma Pawan with a bucket capacity of 8 m³ and Grab Dredger Bianca 8 with a bucket capacity of 10 m³, as well as Box Barge or Self Propelled Box Barge. Consisting of variation 1 with 4 sets of Box Barge with a capacity of 1500 m³ along with a tug boat, and variation 2 with 4 units of Self Propelled Box Barge with a capacity of 2000 m³. In variation 1, a duration of 87 days was obtained with a dredging cost of Rp. 44,402,505,700, while for variation 2, a duration of 131 days was obtained with a dredging cost of Rp. 70,779,305,682. The results of the optimization analysis using Evolver show that variation 1 is more optimal with a value of 1 with a shorter duration and the minimum total cost of work compared to variation 2.
