Abstract

Kerja Praktik ini dilaksanakan di PT Telkom Indonesia dengan fokus pada eksplorasi dan implementasi teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam sejumlah proyek digital yang berdiri sendiri. Proyek-proyek tersebut mencakup pengembangan platform edukasi berbasis LLM untuk penilaian esai dan jawaban bergambar, chatbot multi-domain dengan pendekatan prompt engineering, dashboard penilaian kompetisi berbasis Streamlit, serta sistem ringkasan catatan yang dibangun melalui Model Context Protocol (MCP) dan Claude AI.
Setiap sistem dirancang dan diuji secara terpisah berdasarkan kebutuhan fungsional masing-masing. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kecerdasan buatan dapat meningkatkan kapabilitas, nilai fungsional, dan skalabilitas produk digital yang dikembangkan di lingkungan PT Telkom Indonesia.

This internship was conducted at PT Telkom Indonesia, focusing on the exploration and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies across several standalone digital projects. These projects included the development of an educational platform based on large language models (LLM) for essay and image-based answer assessment, a multi-domain chatbot using prompt engineering approaches, a competition scoring dashboard built with Streamlit, and a note summarization system constructed using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Claude AI. Each system was designed and tested independently based on its functional requirements. The results demonstrate that the implementation of AI enhances the capability, functional value, and scalability of the digital products developed within PT Telkom Indonesia.
