Abstract

Konsep Creating Shared Value (CSV) menjadi sebuah konsep antara perusahaan dengan penerima manfaat untuk menciptakan nilai bersama yang saling menguntungkan. PT INKA (Persero) menerapkan konsep CSV melalui TJSL berupa pelatihan dan magang welding bagi siswa dari 4 SMK binaan yaitu SMKN 1 Wonoasri, SMKN 1 Kebonsari, SMKN 1 Bendo, dan SMKN 1 Jenangan. Program ini, bertujuan untuk memitigasi risiko operasional perusahaan, mengasah keterampilan welding para siswa SMK, serta memberikan kesempatan bagi peserta untuk bergabung menjadi Pegawai Kontrak Waktu Tertentu (PKWT) di PT INKA (Persero). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana PT INKA (Persero) menerapkan CSV pada program pelatihan dan magang welding serta membahas terkait dampak program sesuai dengan indikator SDG’s 4 yaitu pendidikan berkualitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Informan penelitian ini yaitu, pihak PT INKA (Persero), para peserta program, serta pihak SMK binaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CSV pada program ini telah dilakukan dengan melihat kebutuhan sosial berupa aktualisasi diri para siswa dan dari sisi ekonomi (ketersediaan lapangan kerja, penghasilan yang layak, pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup, dan keamanan finansial) para peserta program. Lalu, peluang bisnis PT INKA (Persero) yang ditandai dengan adanya pesanan kereta yang ada yang membutuhkan pemanfaatan aset, alat produksi, dan tenaga ahli pengelasan untuk mendukung berjalannya program. Program ini juga berdampak dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pelaksanaan indikator SDGs 4 yaitu dengan memberikan akses terhadap pendidikan teknis, kejuruan, dan meningkatkan secara signifikan jumlah pemuda yang memiliki keterampilan teknik dan kejuruan untuk pekerjaan yang layak. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan terkait kontribusi perusahaan melalui konsep CSV pada suatu program hingga memberikan pengaruh baik kepada perusahaan dan peserta program.

Creating Shared Value (CSV) is a concept between companies and beneficiaries to create mutually beneficial shared value. PT INKA (Persero) implements the CSV concept through TJSL in the form of training and internships welding for students from 4 vocational schools, namely SMKN 1 Wonoasri, SMKN 1 Kebonsari, SMKN 1 Bendo, and SMKN 1 Jenangan. This program aims to mitigate the company's operational risks, hone skills welding for vocational high school students, and provide opportunities for participants to join as Fixed-Term Contract Employees (PKWT) at PT INKA (Persero). This study aims to determine how PT INKA (Persero) implements CSV in training and internship programs welding and discuss the impact of the program in accordance with the SDG's 4 indicators, namely quality education. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data were obtained through interviews with the determination of informants using the technique purposive sampling. The informants of this study were PT INKA (Persero), program participants, and the fostered vocational schools. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of CSV in this program has been carried out by looking at the social needs in the form of self-actualization of students and from the economic side (availability of employment, decent income, fulfilment of living needs, and financial security) of program participants. Then, the business opportunities of PT INKA (Persero) are marked by the existence of existing train orders that require the use of assets, production equipment, and welding experts to support the program. This program also has an impact and contributes to the implementation of SDGs 4 indicators, namely by providing access to technical, vocational education, and significantly increasing the number of young people who have technical and vocational skills for decent work. The results of this study are expected to provide knowledge related to the company's contribution through the CSV concept in a program to provide a good influence on the company and program participants.
