Abstract

Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan menjadi bagian integral dari strategi bisnis perusahaan berkelanjutan yang mencerminkan komitmen perusahaan terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini berfokus mengkaji program TJSL, yakni Rangkul Djiwa, milik PT Petrokimia Gresik yang bermitra dengan RS Grha Husada Gresik. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi program, strategi implementasi program, dan dampak sosial implementasi program Rangkul Djiwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta studi literatur. Metode pemilihan informan melalui purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor pendukung implementasi program yang mencakup komitmen dari PT Petrokimia Gresik, penyediaan tenaga medis dari RS Grha Husada, peran aktif keluarga pendamping, dukungan dari tim lapangan seperti puskesmas dan kader kesehatan, serta bantuan dana hibah dari kerja sama rumah sakit dan UNUSA. Program juga menghadapi faktor penghambat berupa tenaga kesehatan yang masih dirasa kurang, kondisi keterbatasan kejiwaan peserta, serta perubahan alokasi anggaran. Dampak sosial program dianalisis menggunakan aspek dari inklusi sosial dan quality of life, yang menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap peserta dan keluarga. Dari aspek inklusi sosial, terdapat partisipasi aktif, keterampilan sosial, dan interaksi sosial. Aspek quality of life meliputi, akses terhadap layanan kesehatan mental dan fisik, serta pengembangan keterampilan teknis. Strategi implementasi program dilakukan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu pendefinisian masalah, perencanaan strategis berbasis roadmap lima tahun, pelaksanaan dan komunikasi kolaboratif, serta monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan lain dalam merancang program TJSL yang lebih responsif terhadap isu kesehatan mental dan sosial.

Social and Environmental Responsibility is an integral part of a sustainable company's business strategy that reflects the company's commitment to sustainable development and community welfare. This research focuses on examining the TJSL program, namely Rangkul Djiwa, owned by PT Petrokimia Gresik in partnership with Grha Husada Gresik Hospital. This research focuses on examining the supporting and inhibiting factors of program implementation, program implementation strategies, and the social impact of implementing the Rangkul Djiwa program. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and uses data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, as well as literature studies. The method of selecting informants through purposive sampling. The results showed that there were supporting factors for the implementation of the program which included commitment from PT Petrokimia Gresik, provision of medical personnel from Grha Husada Hospital, active role of accompanying families, support from field teams such as puskesmas and health cadres, as well as grant assistance from hospital and UNUSA university. The program also faced barriers in the form of a lack of health workers, psychiatric limitations of participants, and changes in budget allocations. The social impact of the program was analyzed using aspects of social inclusion and quality of life, which showed a positive impact on participants and families. From the social inclusion aspect, there is active participation, social skills, and social interaction. The quality of life aspect includes access to mental and physical health services, and technical skills development. The program implementation strategy is carried out through four stages, namely defining the problem, strategic planning based on a five-year roadmap, collaborative implementation and communication, and regular monitoring and evaluation. The results of this study can serve as a reference for other companies in designing TJSL programs that are more responsive to mental health and social issues.
