Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji kesiapan dan penerimaan guru PAUD terhadap penggunaan NumberPedia, aplikasi numerasi interaktif berbasis proyeksi yang dirancang untuk pembelajaran angka secara kontekstual dan menyenangkan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengintegrasikan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Technology Readiness Index (TRI), dan Technology Readiness Level (TRL). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner terbuka terhadap enam guru TK Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya.
Hasil menunjukkan bahwa guru merasakan manfaat dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi serta bersikap terbuka terhadap teknologi, meskipun masih ditemukan kendala seperti instalasi awal dan kebutuhan panduan teknis. Berdasarkan TRL, aplikasi ini berada pada level 7, yang menandakan kesiapan implementasi dengan dukungan teknis minimal. Hasil temuan juga menyoroti pentingnya pengalaman pengguna (user experience) sebagai aspek yang turut memengaruhi kesiapan dan penerimaan teknologi pembelajaran di lingkungan PAUD.

This study examines the readiness and acceptance of early childhood education (ECE) teachers toward the use of NumberPedia, an interactive projection-based numeracy application designed to support contextual and engaging number learning. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Technology Readiness Index (TRI), and Technology Readiness Level (TRL). Data were collected through interviews, observations, and open-ended questionnaires involving six teachers at TK Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya.
The findings indicate that teachers perceive the application as useful and easy to use, and they generally demonstrate openness to adopting technology, although challenges such as initial installation and the need for technical guidance were noted. Based on the TRL assessment, the application is at level 7, indicating implementation readiness with minimal technical support. The study also highlights the importance of user experience as a key factor influencing the readiness and acceptance of educational technology in ECE settings.
