Abstract
Surabaya, kota terbesar kedua di Indonesia, terus menghadapi tantangan transportasi yang semakin mendesak akibat urbanisasi yang pesat dan meningkatnya ketergantungan pada kendaraan pribadi, yang menyebabkan kemacetan yang terus-menerus dan inefisiensi ekonomi. Sebagai bagian dari strategi Smart City, Surabaya telah memperkenalkan layanan transportasi umum terintegrasi seperti Wirawiri Suroboyo dan Bus Trans Semanggi untuk meningkatkan mobilitas perkotaan melalui integrasi mobilitas cerdas (smart mobility). Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi antara sistem feeder dan Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) di koridor Jalan Mayjend Jonosewojo dengan berfokus pada tiga aspek utama: konektivitas, aksesibilitas, dan kinerja layanan. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif—meliputi analisis kesenjangan konektivitas, geoproses menggunakan buffer tools, serta model persepsi pengguna berbasis SERVQUAL—penelitian ini mengidentifikasi sejumlah keterbatasan operasional utama. Kapasitas feeder yang terbatas menyebabkan antrean hingga 34 penumpang, yang mencerminkan lemahnya konektivitas dan koordinasi antar moda. Analisis spasial menunjukkan bahwa layanan feeder mencakup 58,35% dari 16.070 bidang bangunan, sehingga secara signifikan meningkatkan aksesibilitas di kawasan permukiman. Namun, jangkauan jalur utama BRT masih terbatas, hanya mencakup 7,15%. Hasil survei terhadap 110 pengguna menunjukkan bahwa harapan terhadap kenyamanan, keamanan, dan aksesibilitas tergolong tinggi, namun tingkat kepuasan masih rendah terutama pada aspek ketepatan waktu dan penggunaan layanan digital, dengan rata-rata kesenjangan harapan–kepuasan sebesar -0,52. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya penyelarasan jadwal yang lebih baik, peningkatan kapasitas feeder, dan integrasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) guna mewujudkan sistem mobilitas cerdas yang lebih terkoneksi, inklusif, dan efisien untuk kota Surabaya.

Geospatial analysis reveals that feeder services cover 58,35% of 16.070 building plots, substantially improving accessibility in residential areas, while BRT mainline coverage remains limited at only 7,15%. Survey results from 110 users show high expectations for comfort, safety, and accessibility, but satisfaction falls notably short in on-time performance and digital service use, with an average expectation–satisfaction gap of -0,52. The study underscores the necessity of improved schedule synchronization, expanded feeder capacity, and better ICT integration to ensure a more connected, inclusive, and efficient smart mobility system for urban Surabaya.
