Abstract
Pencarian informasi di internet yang dilakukan mahasiswa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka akan knowledge (pengetahuan) saat ini semakin banyak. Di lain sisi terdapat online learning platform Zedemy yang didalamnya berjalan banyak diskusi antar penggunanya dan menghasilkan knowledge baru yang berharga, Untuk menjaga knowledge tersebut, dibutuhkan suatu knowledge management yang mampu menyimpan hasil diskusi dengan tertata dan dapat dinikmati orang lain yang membutuhkan. Untuk mewujudkan knowledge management tersebut, dilakukanlah proses design thinking agar dapat menghasilkan ide produk yang bernilai. Proses design thinking pada penelitian tugas akhir ini dilakukan berdasarkan konsep dari model SECI yang menjelaskan bahwa harus ada perputaran siklus SECI agar knowledge bisa semakin kaya dari waktu ke waktu. Proses diawali dengan melakukan empati berupa wawancara validasi menggunakan Javelin Experiment Board dan juga empathy map, pendefinisian masalah, penyusunan solusi, hingga dihasilkan sebuah MVP yang kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan A/B test. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah permasalahan target user dalam aktivitas pencarian knowledge di internet terbagi ke dalam tiga kategori yakni konten, tampilan, dan kredibilitas. Solusi unik dan terpercaya untuk permasalahan tersebut adalah MVP knowledge base yang berasal dari hasil diskusi pada grup Praktisi TI di Zedemy serta memiliki nilai SEO tinggi. Hasil pembuatan MVP menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lebih dari separuh jumlah halaman knowledge dari knowledge base yang dibuat muncul pada halama pertama pada search engine. Pengujian MVP terhadap dua kelompok menghasilkan umpan balik berupa adanya peluang pengembangan untuk kedepannya mengenai fitur baru dan juga pengoptimalan UI/UX pada halaman knowledge base.

The search for information on the internet by students to meet their needs for knowledge is currently increasing. On the other hand, there is online learning platform Zedemy in which many discussions take place between users and produce valuable new knowledge. To maintain this knowledge, a knowledge management system is needed that is able to store the results of discussions in an organized manner and can be enjoyed by others who need it. To realize this knowledge management, a design thinking process is carried out in order to produce valuable product ideas. The design thinking process in this final project is carried out based on the concept of the SECI model which explains that there must be a SECI cycle rotation so that knowledge can get richer from time to time. The process begins with empathy in the form of validation interviews using the Javelin Experiment Board and also an empathy map, problem definition, solution formulation, until an MVP is produced which is then tested using the A/B test. The results obtained are that the problem of target users in knowledge search activities on the internet is divided into three categories, namely content, appearance, and credibility. A unique and reliable solution to this problem is the MVP knowledge base that comes from discussions with the IT Practitioner group at Zedemy and has high SEO value. The results of making MVP show that there are more than half the number of knowledge pages from the created knowledge base that appear on the first page on search engines. MVP testing on two groups resulted in feedback in the form of future development opportunities regarding new features and UI/UX optimization on the knowledge base page.
