Abstract
Bandara Internasional Juanda merupakan salah satu pintu masuk penerbangan sipil berskala nasional dan internasional yang terletak di Sidoarjo, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Sama halnya dengan bandara lain, keberadaan bandara ini membawa dampak positif dan negatif bagi daerah sekitarnya. Salah satu dampak negatif yang disorot dari aktivitas penerbangan sipil di bandara adalah munculnya polusi udara yang disebabkan oleh emisi pesawat terbang, emisi kendaraan operasional bandara, dan aktivitas lain yang dilakukan di bandara. Polusi ini berdampak negatif bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan yang ada di sekitar bandara, seperti menimbulkan pencemaran udara skala regional dan meningkatkan risiko kesehatan bagi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, maka diperlukan sistem pemantauan kualitas udara di area sekitar Bandara Internasional Juanda (radius 15 km dari bandara) dengan menggunakan citra satelit Sentinel-5P di dalam Platform Google Earth Engine (GEE) dan menghasilkan web app pemantauan tingkat konsentrasi polutan udara di kawasan sekitar Bandara Internasional Juanda. Web app ini dibuat di dalam patform GEE dengan mengambil data tingkat konsentrasi CO, NO2, SO2, dan O3. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat konsentrasi polutan udara di kawasan sekitar Bandara Internasional Juanda mengalami perubahan secara signifikan pada tahun 2019-2024 berdasarkan aspek spasial dan aspek temporal, serta jumlah penumpang dan jumlah penerbangan tidak berdampak langsung dengan konsentrasi polutan di Bandara pada tahun 2019-2024, sehingga terdapat sumber polutan lain (di luar Bandara Internasional Juanda) yang mempengaruhi kualitas udara di sekitar Bandara Internasional Juanda.

Juanda International Airport is one of the entry points for national and international civil aviation located in Sidoarjo, East Java Province. Like other airports, the presence of this airport brings both positive and negative impacts to the surrounding area. One of the highlighted negative impacts of civil aviation activities at the airport is the emergence of air pollution caused by aircraft emissions, emissions from airport operational vehicles, and other activities conducted at the airport. This pollution negatively affects the community and the environment around the airport, such as causing regional air pollution and increasing health risks for the community. Therefore, a system for monitoring air quality in the area around Juanda International Airport (within a 15 km radius from the airport) is needed, using Sentinel-5P satellite imagery on the Google Earth Engine (GEE) platform, and producing a web app to monitor the concentration levels of air pollutants in the vicinity of Juanda International Airport. This web app was created on the GEE platform by collecting data on the concentration levels of CO, NO2, SO2, and O3. The results obtained from this study indicate that the concentration levels of air pollutants in the vicinity of Juanda International Airport have changed significantly from 2019 to 2024 based on spatial and temporal aspects. Additionally, the number of passengers and flights did not directly impact the pollutant concentration at the airport during the same period, suggesting that there are other sources of pollution (outside Juanda International Airport) that affect the air quality around Juanda International Airport.
