Abstract

Koperasi Karyawan/Wati Warga Patra V Surabaya merupakan koperasi yang bergerak dalam bidang simpan pinjam serta layanan keuangan internal bagi anggotanya. Seiring bertambahnya jumlah anggota dan meningkatnya kompleksitas transaksi, koperasi membutuhkan sistem yang mampu mengelola data secara efisien, terstruktur, dan transparan. Oleh karena itu, pada kerja praktik ini dilakukan perancangan dan implementasi sistem manajemen koperasi berbasis web dengan nama wargapatrav.com. Pengembangan sistem ini memanfaatkan arsitektur client-server menggunakan Next.js untuk sisi frontend dan Golang untuk backend, serta Nginx sebagai web server. Sistem ini dibangun untuk mendukung proses digitalisasi koperasi, termasuk fitur pengelolaan pendaftaran anggota, pinjaman, simpanan, sisa hasil usaha (SHU), dokumen, invoice, dan kuitansi. Dashboard ini dirancang dengan pembagian peran pengguna: anggota, pengurus, pengawas, dan karyawan, dengan otorisasi akses yang disesuaikan. Proyek ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, kemudahan akses data, dan transparansi informasi bagi seluruh bagian koperasi. Melalui pengujian sistem yang dilakukan bersama pihak koperasi, aplikasi ini dinilai dapat memenuhi kebutuhan digitalisasi koperasi secara optimal.

The Warga Patra V Surabaya Employee/Women Cooperative (Koperasi Karyawan/Wati Warga) is a cooperative that provides savings and loans and internal financial services for its members. As the number of members and transaction complexity increases, the cooperative requires a system capable of managing data efficiently, structured, and transparently. Therefore, this internship project involved the design and implementation of a web-based cooperative management system called wargapatrav.com. This system was developed using a client-server architecture using Next.js for the frontend, Golang for the backend, and Nginx as the web server. This system was built to support the cooperative's digitalization process, including features for managing member registration, loans, savings, net operating income (SHU), documents, invoices, and receipts. The dashboard is designed with user roles divided into members, administrators, supervisors, and employees, with customized access authorizations. This project is expected to improve operational efficiency, ease data access, and information transparency for all parts of the cooperative. Through system testing conducted with the cooperative, this application was deemed to optimally meet the cooperative's digitalization needs.
